Primary account deactivated via web browser
Hello
I have a problem with my PS4 account. Recently I've sold my PS4 system and bought PS4 Pro. But after that I've realized that I haven't deactivated my account and now can't make it primary which is a bummer. I cannot do it online, because it seems I've done that some time ago (although I don't remember it). At the moment I'm in Europe and cannot contact PlayStation livechat, because it redirects me to a different customer service... that cannot help me, because my account is American. So, Catch-22 situation. But my question is: could you tell me when my account was deactivated via PlayStation website? I don't remember doing that and I'd like to know whether I have to wait whole six months before I can set my account as a primary again.

Twitch Streaming SFV - Stream Stops When Sending An Invite in SFV (Street Fighter V)
I am not sure how to prevent me stream from completly stopping when I send a game invite while in Street Fighter V. I am not sure if this is affecting any other games. Basically I can stream just fine until I create a battle lounge and send a player an invite. This does require it open the text pad for me to type in the players CFN ID and I believe this has something to do with it.. As soon as it hit that text box I get a message on screen that says that recording has resumed and the broadcast has stopped. I would like to stop this. Any ideas of how to do so?

Deactivate primary ps4
I cannot for the life of me remember what PS4 i have activated as my primary but it is not the one i currently own. With that being said i cannot deactivate my primary via console so i decided to try and do it via the website but to no avail. It says i have already deactivated my primary recently and will not let me do it again for quite some time. This is the very first ps4 ive owned and it is saying i have another ps4 as my primary but not this one. Is there another way i can deactivate this "other" console so i can activate my actual console as primary; number, email, anything?? I appreciate any information in resolving my situation, thank you in advanced.

Account Stolen?
Hello, I got an email from Sony saying sign-in ID changed, and if I didn't do so to click a link. I was automaticly suspicous as I haven't used my PSN account in years, so I went directly to the playstation network (not through the email) and tired to log in. Tried the last password I remebered, no go, asked to reset and gave the email I signed up with, 'not in our records'. I try a couple more times just in case I entered the email incorrectly, still no love. So assuming the email is not legitimate I click on the link it provided to undo the ID change. Link was http://sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/support and I got a 404 Not found error (tried last night, still 404 this morning).
So made a new account with current email (since the support/chat seams to require it) to try and get into contact with someone to help me. Got all signed up went to start a live chat and 'username not in our records'. I tried calling a phone number given in the FAQ for password problems, they're closed. This is my last stop till monday when the phone line reopens. I'm not too concearned about the account itself, don't think I had any credit cards linked to it and if I did they're more than expired by now (and congratulations hacker you've got a free copy of Innocent Life: A futureistic Harvest Moon), but it's the princple of the thing.

Put playstation plus on the wrong account. HELP!?
I placed the playstation plus on the wrong account for my brother. he has two accounts one of which is not in use at all and the other is his main only account he uses. BigBossNutz209 is his psn account but i put it under his girls account which they dont use by accident which is Ari_31512 can anyone help me with this?

i bought the series " the exorcist" it played on tv yesterday and its still not available to me today , i bought the season pass too , this is unacceptable , whats the point of buying something if youm don't release it as soon as it airs , just makes no sens, i will probably not buy series from the playstation network if it happens once more.

Slow net speeds on my ps4
So i have 10mbps internet and i can not seem to get my ps4 to run at that speed. It is usually runnign at 4 or lower some times in the 300kbps range.. I have all the needed ports opened and it is the only thing on my network when i play. What do i need to do to fix the speed?

Error Code WV-33907-2 for no reason
While using Internet browser a notice repeatedly appears although I can use the browser normally. The notice has no effect other than annoying me. It says something about me not being able to connect to the internet, but that is not nearly true. Is there a solution to this?

Web Site Enhance Request: Wish List
I want to be able to browse games for sale and mark interesting ones to be saved on my wish list.
A simple score - 1, 2, 3 - would also be nice to have.
P.S. Currently there is so much Adobe Flash running on the Playstation.com home page, I can't use that site with my login at all in Chrome. It just keeps resetting the page after I login.
Firefox works, but it is awful slow and unsafe, unless it is Sony's intention to support Microsoft and IE?

You cannot sign in using...
I know this message seems to be common, but my circumstances dont fit the existing topics I have found.
I have been using my PS3 without issues for 4 years or so. I have only used one sign on. No one else has ever used this device. I do not share games or any kind of data with anyone. I have never used any other PS device.
In the last two weeks I can not sign on to the PSN network from the device. I have already reset the PW via the website here. Can anyone provide a tip?

Lost Passwords & Getting Into the Store
We created an account when we first got the PS4, but never needed to get into the store. My kids are a littel more savvy now and want to explore more, but we cannot remember our account info to get into all the features outside of gaming. You Tube, NetFlix, etc... I tried to set up a new account, but once we get through all of the prompts it teels us we cannot use another person's isgn in ID or something like that.
Is there a way around this, or even a way to reset the whole thing back to factory? We realize if we reset it they may lose what they have saved to this point.

Log in help
I got signed out on my ps4 and don't know my password. This account is very old and when I made it as a kid, I didnt put my correct date of birth. Is there a way I can change my password by verifying a different way?
