Unable to sign in to certain account
I tried signing into to PlayStation network and it said I had to create a new password for my account, which I did, but then it asked me to create a new ID, which I did (I was confused why it did at first), now my first account that was associated with my email will no longer work, I can't use it, instead I have to use this temporary ID, is there anyway I can get my old account name to work with my email? I don't want to start a whole new account because all my game info with my old account name isn't with the new ID.

forgot password and email password
as security measure the system automtically reseted my ps accounts password and sent a mail with new pass, but i cant remember the password for the mail the password was sent to and i cant recover that same mail. its a subaccount, so is there any way to recover it form the master account or any other way?

PS3 PSN Store and the PS4 PSN Store.........
I have a question and I dont know if this has been asked before or if Sony has even thought of it.... but ill ask anyway... Is it possible to "merge" the PS3 PSN store with the PS4 PSN Store??? Its been years since i turned my PS3 on and today out of boredom I decided to log on and look at the store... Much to my surprise Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2, All the Final Fantasy's, Shin Megami Tense galore, Megaman X series... WHY IS NONE OF THAT on the PS4 PSN??? do you have any idea how much money would be had if I could buy that for my PS4??????????? If the PS3 PSN content was merged with the PS4 PSN and people could buy content.......I'd have to buy an external harddrive and I would easily drop $1,000 on old video games alone........ do you have any idea how long ive waited to see Digital Devil Saga on the PSN and when i stopped carring about it ITS FINALLY ON THERE!? dude.......... guys.........gals.......SONY.............. what can i do, who can i walk to, to make this a reality?

Subaccount email address and password somehow got changed and now we can't access the account
When my son tried to sign into the network tonight to watch Netflix, the email address for sign in was iamconjoe@gmail.com instead of myconjoe@gmail.com. The password wasn't accepted either. I attempted to type in the correct information, but it would not accept it. When I went into the master account, it showed the subaccount as having that email address also and wouldn't let me use the correct one. It appears that the account doesn't exist. I'm concerned the Minecraft Story Modes and Terraria and texture packs, etc that have been purchased will be lost if I just make another account. I don't know why or how this happened. Please advise as to what I should do!! Thanks!

Gift Card not redeeming
Hi,
My son is trying to redeem his $20 gift card. He scratched the back off and entered the code in through the playstation. It showed that the $20 was to be added and then he got an error message. I logged into the website and trying to do the same by adding funds to the wallet but get the following message. The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid.
I would like some assistance to get the funds added to his account. We just bought the card today.

Sign in Id or password is not correct.
I have reset my password and it works perfect signing into psp'site. But on my Playstation 3 I can't go onto Netflix because it keeps asking me for my password and Id. It keeps giving me this message " the sign in Id is not correct. If 2 step verification is active u must enter a device setup password into the password field. Check your mobile phone for a text message about your Sony entertainment network account. What do I do now???

Call of duty infinite warfare DLC unavailable
I purchased and pre ordered the call of duty infinite warfare legacy pro edition and the PSN code for the bonus content (terminal, camo, etc) and soundtrack code says the code is unavailable or incorrect. I had this problem first night of trying the codes when the game came out but same problem as I just tried a while ago. Anyone know of a fix for the codes?
