Is there a way to Delete a PSN account and create a different one altogether?
I was hacked last night and apparently someone deactivated my PSVITA. Not only that, but I got 4 emails saying I changed my password. I was lucky enough that they didn't change the email on this account. I also ended up getting rid of any payment methods on this account. Problem is there is a PS4 that is activated on this account that is not mine and I did not activate it at all so I cannot locate any Serial number to prove I own it. My original one broke a month or two ago, yet someone has been making PS4 store purchases that I have no clue why they would be on there. These are all the ones I got in an email: The Deadly Tower of Monsters, Letter Quest Remastered, Pumped BMX, and Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. At first I did try deactivating my old PS4 through the internet and watching videos, but apparently all I got was a message that I had somehow deactivated my old PS4 (even though it was broken and I could not turn it on at all) yesterday. This was right around the time I got warning that I changed my password about 4 times.
So to put it simple is there a way to completely erase your account and start from scratch? I am going to be getting a PS4 by the end of this November, but some have claimed that I cannot play it unless I activate it as my primary console. With that being said does that mean it's going to be a useless hunk of junk for 6 months?
I'm not sure if this is the right forum and I am so confused. I even cancelled my bank card just because of the security breach.

Can't log in to PSN account
So.. when i try to log in it dont work. My password is apparently wrong and - strangly - so is my date of birth. When I try to change the password I get error after error. This one in particular is confusing me
"Not a valid e-mail address. Please try again."
I try to get livechat support but my online ID isn't in the records (!).

Account linked to other devices?
so today (11/11/16) I was happily playing on my PS3 until i saw that my psn signed out and said another system was signing into the same account and i was completely confused. I look around on here and im trying to deactivate them but i cant and i notice that there are a totall of four PS3's linked to my personal account?? I ahve never shared any info with anyone of my account info and ive been playing on it since 2010 without anyproblems till now. I have no Idea why four PS3's are linked and why i cant deactivte them but i would like some help because i have put my own lumpsome of money into this account and would not like to lose it. I have already updated all my info and changed my password so this shoud not be a problem right now. I hope someone can contact me quickly cause this is a serious prolem

Permanently delete and remove account
Am I right that there is no way to permanently delete an account and remove it completely? I am asking because I am moving permanently from USA to Norway and understand that I then need to create a new account, which is OK and understandable, but I would like to keep my 'old' email address and user ID.

hacker added a credit card to my psn account
my PSN account was hacked 5 days ago. i got my account back today and was checking to see what they changed or bought. luckily i had recently deleted all my saved cards on file. in fact they added a card. i do not know if this card belongs to them or if that is also stolen. i do, however, have the name and address of the person who's card it is. i have never heard of them and would like to know who i can pass this info on to. maybe it will help in investigating some of these account hackings.

Joining a party and losing internet.
Every time I join a party while logged on to psn, as in, I go to the party chat and hit join, I immediately begin to have internet issues. I start to lose connection in-game, and the party doesn't work. It usually says "You lost connection to the party due to network error", and sometimes just doesn't connect. Then I get kicked out of any online thing in whichever game im playing, and I get a notification that sayd internec connection lost. Restarting PS4 fixes it (lets me back on internet), until I join a party, ive restarted my router, and even called Cox, they said there was nothing wrong with the router. I figure something must be corrupted in my party chat files, i really don't know. Suggestions?

PSN Profile on PS4
Hope someone can help me and I'll be brief: my ex boyfriend had his profile activated on my system. We no longer are together so I logged on as him, deactivated my system from his profile and proceeded to delete his profile off my system. This was about 2 was ago, give or take.
I logged on today and his profile is on my system. Why would this be and how could it happen? Just to put it out there he does NOT have my pw anymore as I changed it when we broke up.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Error Code CE-34878-0
This happens EVERY time I play online, any game. I mostly play madden, but this has happened with Madden 16 download. Madden 17 download, and Madden 17 disc, and any other online game I try. I 've tried all the usual iniatilize, and all the generic issues.
I thought maybe it was my network, so I bought a new cable modem, a new wireless router. I've gone wired, wireless. I recently tried hotspotting from my using 4G cellular data and got the same error AGAIN. I'm at a loss. Anyone?? I think its time that I might move on from the PS4....

I got hacked, and now I'm being forced to pay to get my account back from Sony. Unreal.
So my account got hacked (used this account just for this post) and the hacker put $200 into my wallet.
Obviously I didn't want that, so when I got my account back, I went to the bank, got my chargeback, no problem.
I found out you can't do that and got suspended. Okay, understandable.
But the only way to pay off the debt is to put the $200 back in, and then the agent told me I can't get it refunded afterwards!
Unbelieveable.
So I get hacked, the hacker does something I don't want, and I have to pay to get my account back not from the hacker, but from Sony.
Someone please help me with this, because now I can't play most of my games.

Refund
I was going to go buy Rocket League because it was on sale and I had 15 dollars on my account then my ps4 froze for a couple seconds when I went to my cart to purchase my Rocket League from there. And because I am so stupid I spammed click X so it will load up faster. Then right after my PS4 unfroze I saw my play station wallet had 1 cent left on it. I was so mad and checked everywhere of what I got and when I checked my purchase history it said that I got 2 seasons of a show called Powers. I didn't even mean to get that show I wanted to get Rocket League. Can I please get a fefund?
