How the heck do I call Customer Service? I don't have a Playstation and had to spend 20 min registering for an account underr a different email address just to post this because I can't find a phone number to report the fraud.  Someone is using my email address and SONY just sent me a note asking to verify my "new" sign-in which is totally creeping me out.  Does anyone have a customer servie phone # I can call to report this? Thanks...Judy

I am having trouble purchasing the Rise of Iron Destiny DLC. I can't delete or change information on my credit cards in order to purchase. Does anyone know what to do?

Problem with a couple of products regarding Guilty Gear Xrd - Revelator

I'll try to keep this short.

 

I downloaded the character Dizzy when she was free in and everything seemed fine.

Today I bought the game (I was planning to buy it on a sale) and noticed the character isn't in the game.

Checked my purchase history and this is when the weird stuff begins.

 

In my browser, my purchase history shows that I downloaded her CHARACTER COLORS, but, the icon is the PLAYABLE CHARACTER icon instead of the colors icon, the description corresponds to hers colors but the product title says Playable Character.

In my console, in the Download History (in the console menu) it shows the Playbla Character icon and title and even redownloading her is fine... but she's still nowhere to be found in the game.

Again in my console, in the Purchase History in the PSN menu, it just says that I bought her character colors but when I press X to redownload, it downloads the playable character again but again, it's a fake, it doesn't appear on the game.

 

I've read spending 99 cents to buy her actual colors should fix it but it did nothing, so I've got a bugged free download and an useless download (it may just 99 cents, but still).

 

Has ArcSys acknowledged any of this or something?

My account was compromised on Sept 19 2016, showing 10+ unauthorized payments off of my visa debit. All of them have been refunded but my sign in ID has also been changed. I can get whatever information is needed to verify I am the owner of the DarkWhaleicorn account.

Updated my password upon sonys request and can't login

2 days ago I received a notification to update my password.  It read " as a security measure, you need to update your password". I put in the email to send the link and they sent me a link to click on.  I followed the instructions, successfully updated my password and everytime I turn on my ps4, I get the same notification to change it.  I've changed it like 10 times now.  I've restarted the ps4 to.  I can login to the website and everything.  What's going on?  Only thing I can think of is the default email address they have was a super old one from 2009 but I put my current email in the box instead and received the update link.  I don't know what to do.  Live chat customer support was useless.  They basically just sent me a link to do the same thing I've done 10 times now and disconnected me immediately after.  


Still having issues with my debit card

Last week, I had problems using my debit card to preorder Lords of Iron and I went to live chat about this and I was just redirected to amazon and told that my informatoin was unable to be updated, the reason for this, I cannot remember, don't think I saved the support convo. Today I tried updating my card info to see if it would help now even though I made sure my info was accurate the first time, and the card worked prior to my attempt to preorder Lords of Iron through psn using the card, I was able to use the card to purchase the avatar that I am currently using without issue, and I tried purchasing five dollars of silver to see if the card would work now, and I have still had the same problem. Another thing to note is that when I try to purchase the credits, I get an error message saying that the payment information on file is invalid, the same issue I had last time. Also, checking my account associated with the debit card, I have three different instances of active transactions that are on hold to SONY ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK. Two of them are from the 14th, which was when I tried to preorder lords of iron using the card, and one from today. I know that the company that the card is for holds funds for a week before completion, so those two transactions from the 14th should not be there anymore. I wanted to know if anyone could know what is possibly wrong with my card, because live support would probably just send me to amazon again.

for the past few days i keep getting booted off psn minutes after i get signed in , sometimes i can't even log in .. and on a rare occasion i stay logged on up till it tries to upload my profile for a game such as black ops 3 .  i know its not my router because i have a 2nd system that has not had this problem

I forgot my password and my date of birth (I used a fake birthday ) and I used a fake email. Is there anyway I can find out my stuff so I can change it to my real information?

I've been trying for a few hours to get into the live chat, but it keeps telling me that it can't find my online ID in the database.  The ID that I am using to post this message.  Is there any way around this?

Can't delete sub accounts?

Recently a friend of mine had their account hacked and someone added a sub account and started making purchases. After all of this was finally resolved they were told there isn't a way to delete/remove a sub account. I feel it's something that should be looked into for the future. Not sure sure if it's an easily achievable process or not, but the ability to remove sub accounts would probably put there mind at ease as well as others that may have had something similar happen.

Hello,

 

I've recently been aware that my main account (danisabfl)  email has been changed without any kind of prompt from my part. I just got an email (which I didn't see before) on the 14th of september saying that my id access was changed and with no other means of cancelling this. I'd like to know how can I get my account back since I have a gold membership, friends added and games bought, without even mentioning the trophies.

 

I'm on the Brazilian PSN and my account name is danisabfl. How should I procceed to get my regular email back as the Id and how can I prevent this from happening again?
(obviously I'm posting with a backup account)

The Tomorrow Children - Never Received "Silver Muse Costume" Code for Beta Participation

I do not know who else to contact, but I had participated in the Tomorrow Children beta back in January this year.  There was an outfit promised to those who had gotten into the testing!  However, I see other people who played have got codes in their e-mail for the exclusive outfit as titled earlier this month.  I still have not received any e-mails despite participating.  Please see below my original code and e-mail accepting me into the beta as proof.  May I please ask someone for any advice on how to obtain a code or at least contact the right people to request it?  Thank you.voucher.jpg

I have had multiple systems, I recently had to replace my PS3 when I went to download media on my new PS3 it said I had to many active so I went to deactivate all systems one stayed active however and I am wondering why?
