Connected to internet and psn but wont let me play online
Ever since the system update, it wont let me play online. Its connected to the internet and signed into psn and i can join parties and see friends, but when i go to play a game it tells me the servers are down and wont connect but the friends i am playing with works. then i check the servers and say theyre all up. what is happening, Thanks

PSN Net Speed Test Gone Rouge?
I pay for 250mbps download and 50mbps upload. I know the intrernet connection test on the ps3 and ps4 arent by any means accurate but everytime i tested it in the past i use to get speeds a little above the speed i pay for.
now recently i can't even make it pass 10mbps dl and 2mbps on ps3 and on ps4 i can't make it pass 31mbps dl and 3mbps ul...
i think this happened on the 4.00 firmware update.
should i be worried?

Credit Card information not valid.
In the past I would add my credit card, add funds to wallet from that card, then delete that card as a security measure. Now I can no longer add any cards or even PayPal despite having entered the correct info. It seems as if my account has been flagged to disallow anything but PSN gift cards for adding funds to my wallet. Sony needs to correct this problem. It's very frustrating to enter valid info and be told credit card is invalid, same for PayPal.

Spotify Account
Today I renewed my Spotify Premuim membership using a VISA gift card on PSN. The renewal did not work. I then entered the credit card information directly into Spotify online and the membership was processed properly. I later received a reciept from Sony stating that the payment had been processed instead from the funds in my wallet. I need this transaction to be refunded.

was just curious if anyone else got a $10 credit to their wallet ? I didn't, my nephew who was on earlier today said he did, and it was a "thanks for being a member " type thing, i'm just curious as to why that would happen for him but not me, would have been nice, but yea... cool for those that got it... anyone else?

My PSN account can't sign in on any playstation.
My account cannot sign in on any playstation. My friends accounts all work on my playstation, but mine does not. The internet works great. My account does not sign in on my friends' playstations either. It works fine on playstation.com, but not on any playstation 4. I tried using my neighbour's wifi as well, but that did not work either. I reset my router, and my playstation. I initialized my playstation as well. I am locked out of all my games, and playstation live chat support has been useless!
I logged in and changed my password on PSN website, but it didn't work. I still can't sign in on my playstation or my friends'.
I live in China, but this has never been an issue before. I was playing a game of NHL yesterday and it just booted me out.
I receive error code NW 31456-9 whenever I try to log in.

What's New Not Loading Since 4.00 FW
There were other posts about the topic but none since the 4.00 release so I figured I would make one. Is anyone's "What's New" section loading? Mine hasn't loaded since official 4.00 firmware release but it loaded fine during both the beta phases of 4.00. This has happened before with older versions of firmware installed but turning off my PS4 and rebooting my modem and router would usually fix the issue but not this time. I have a few other people on my friends list that have communicated to me that it is not loading for them either. The last day it updated was 9/13/2016 .

PayPal not working
I'm trying to buy games from the flash sale and it tells me there's an error. So I tried addng funds from the store page and get "The credit card information is not valid. Please check your entries carefully.". Thing is I'm trying to use my linked PayPal account which I've used multiple times, as recently as the 9th of this month with no problems. Any idea what may be causing this?
