bank card problem
I want to add my bank card to my psn account. All the info is completely correct. And then everytime it says I put the wrong card number when I put the right one. I called my bank and they said every test they did on my card went through. They said contact playstation as the problem is on their end. I look up a number for PS and I cant call cause there is no number. Tell me what is going on

Changing Email Address on my account.
I spoke to 2 different Chat agents and both have claimed that my profile has been updated. However when I log into my account it won't let me change the email address to the desired email address. It says that another account exists with my desired email address, but both agents I spoke to in chat say that it has been completed and I can use the email address that i want to be associated with my Playstation Network Account. Is there a time limit where that does not allow me to make the change to the desired email address or when the change becomes active?
I don't want to be playing a game then all of a sudden lose progress because Playstation network kicks me out because of the change. I also don't want to lose the DLC that I paid for because of having to create another account. I just don't want a very public and visable avenue such as Playstation network to have an email address that is reserved for very person information. The whole reason I have two account is because of the inablity to change Online ID's.

Everytime I try to download smite or update destiny the file will become corrupt.i have restarted the ps4, initialized it twice, reset the database from the safe mode,switched dns servers to google. Unplugged ps4 from power and ether net multiple times. Not sure what else I can do at this point. Any ideas?

Requesting a Refund
I bought 3 games when I noticed all the attention they got, I bought No Mans Sky for $60, Metal Gear Solid 5 for I believe $40, and Goat simulator for $10. I was wondering if it was possible to get refunds because these games were major disappointments, No Mans Sky I think everyone disliked, Metal Gear was nothing like the other Metal Gear games, and Goat Simulator I have no idea how that got so popular, I hope I can get refunds that at least go into my PlayStation account so I can get games that I know are good.

Cant sign into PSN.
I tried to change my email address and password for sign in because yahoo's email server being hacked. I made a whole new sign in email and password through Gmail just for PSN and it says i cant log into PSN because im trying to use same I.D. I will gladly go back to my old email but now that wont work either. Plus i dont want to lose all my trophies by changing emails. Just want to know my account is secure from my old yahoo sign in email.
