I haven't been able to add funds to my wallet or even a payment method for that matter. When I try to do a CC it tells me my card is not a valid number. When I try to link my PayPal account it says that I cannot choose this method and redirects me back to he psn site. Someone help me please!

VC Purchased but not applied in NBA 2K17
I purchased VC and redeemed the code in the PS Store on 9/16/2016 however it had and has not shown up in the game. The full game released already, so I've waited like the user

Can't add method of payment
I have been having a hard time trying to add a new debit card information. It keeps telling me that my card number is invalid, so I called my bank thinking it was something to do with them but they said everything is fine on that end and it could be PlayStation itself. I have tried looking around for some answers or a phone number to contact but I can't find anything. Could anyone please help me out?

Network login not link with PS4 profile?
Loged in after several months not playing my ps4 and it asked my to make a new profile amd I can't get it to load my old one. I though maybe I had my e-mails wrong at first but non of my other e-mail accounts have a network accoiunt attached to them and I stiull have e-mail recipts from sony for market place purchases.

Error NP-34993-8 activating as primary ps4
I signed up on a friend's ps4 and have my own and want to switch to mine as primary. For some reason won't let me and his ps4 is saying that he can't deactivate it or even activate it. I'm not sure what the hell is going on I just want to be able to use it to play games.

Can't download free content or verify payment methods
I recently got a PS4, and when I accessed the Playstation Store and tried to get some free DLC for one of my games, I was prompted to verify my payment information since I was on a new console.
When I attempted to do so, I received an error screen that said my debit card could not be verified. I tried to purchase some paid DLC, and got the same message saying my card could not be verified.
Later, I tried deleting my payment information and re-entering. I was unable to register any payment information on the console, though I was able to successfully add it on the website.
I searched for other threads regarding similar issues and followed all the advice I found regarding billing information and addresses. This did not help either.
Finally, I tried going on to the web browser version of the Playstation Store and buying my content there, but I still received the "Cannot verify" error message. I have confirmed it is not an issue with my card or bank, so it can only be an issue with either my account or my console.
Any idea what the issue might be or how I can fix it?

Cannot Sign In PSN
Hello,
I cannot sign in the the PSN network. I am getting "This feature is temorarily unavailable please try again later CE-35287-5" However, when I checak PSN on the website it tells me everything is up and running just fine.
