Received a banned PS3.

Hello, recently I received a PS3 , used one, and the first thing I did was go out and buy FIFA 16 ( I have a proof ) , but happens that the PS3 had a custom firmware and I decided to update the firmware in order to play FIFA online, but the console is banned.
I had no idea it was banned or that the software was not the original until I turned it on, otherwise I wouldn't buy FIFA 16.

Is there any chance of my console getting unbanned?

Missing Trophies in my account

Hello! Since last year I'm having this problem: in Mortal Kombat X (PS4) there is a trophy named "The kollector" (or something like this). This trophy requests the player to earn 50 kombat modifiers. I already earn 50 modifiers (actually I have more than 50 now) and the trophy didn't appeared. And I need just more this trophy to earn the Platinum Trophy!!!!

 

in other words: I completed the task to earn the trophy but I still have not the trophy! And this is locking my Platinum Trophy.
This is happening since 2015 (more or less 1 year).

I'm waiting help from Sony and/or WB Games.

Can't find Updates for Apps/Games [ps4]

My PS4 is on the latest firmware, but won't download or find new updates for apps/games. The internet is working, everything is setup correctlly.

 

Things I have tired:
Reset my internet.
Initialization.

 

I have two games, Black Ops 3 & Fallout 3. Both games are on old update versions.

Whenever I check for updates, it says that the game is on the latest version. As for Netflix, it was working before before the Initialization but now I keep getting some ui-error and the theme of netflix doesn't look the same.

Accidently deleted Wi-Fi Access Point on Vita.

I had some connection issues with my Vita's Internet Browser so I went into System Settings to see if I could fix it. I couldn't get the access point labeled "linksys" which is what we use to connect and in a fit of frustration I unwittingly deleted Smiley Frustrated! I can't figure out how to recover it so what should I do to get it back Smiley Sad? Also, what does SSID and WAP mean? Please respectfully keep in mind that I'm not very computer/tech savvy and what somewhat little I do know comes from what I learned from what I read, watched or was told and even then I still have some difficulty understanding it completely. Thank You (bows respectfully) Smiley Embarassed.

PS3 password

I have had a PS3 for quite a few yrs.  it has been ....maybe 4 yrs since I went to the PlayStation store via my PS3.   I decided to sign up for Netflex, which I did on my IPAD.  When I went to get it on my tv via my PS3.   I found that I forgot my password.  I clicked on "forgot password" and found that my email showed as *removed* and it should of been *removed*.   

 

In in order to chat with you I had to create a new account here on my IPAD.  Can you help me out with my password on the PS3.

Can't buy a game on PSN

Hi all

 

I am trying to buy a game on PSN, but the system doesn't recognize or accept my credit card.

Actually I am from Albania and have inserted other details on my account, as if I live in Italy, due to the fact that Albania is not on the list of countries on PSN.

 

Can you tell me if I am able to purchase and download a game directly to my PS3 here in Albania, or do you know any trick jhow I can do it?

It's been a long time since I used my PS3.  Don't know the password and the email I used to use is no longer active.  I cannot chat with you because you said you didn't recognize my info.  I can't use netflix without getting into my account.  please help

PS4 Game Updates Offline!

For whatever reason - various games over the past few days (around May 16th 2016) are not updating.  

 

When you go to "information" in the dashboard menu for any particular game, it will say that  you have the "latest update" whether you actually do or not.

 

I'm trying to download Fallout 4's 1.5 update from the 1.05 that I have presently.  No dice.   My network connection is fine.  

 

Very frustrating.

Payment methods not working.

I'll start by saying this, I live in Argentina, my PSN account is from there, so are the credit cards I've been using, and so was the store language.
Now, yesterday I tried buying a couple games from the Store, seeing as one of them was in sale. So i go to buy and it tells me my card information is invalid. I check, it was right, my postal code was wrong. I change it. Try again, same error. Try with a different card. Same error. I read something about the expiration date, and change to another card which expires in 2021. Same error. I try connecting with PayPal (had to create an account seeing as I have never used it) it says that there was an error. (No **bleep** Sherlock, maybe tell me what the hell happened). I try buying from the Android app, it says that this service has been banned in my region. **bleep**. I read something about having to wait a day. I wait and try again today. Same errors. So I'm either really stupid and have entered my card's info incorrectly and haven't noticed, or the store really has a problem.

It also told me a couple of times that my card number was wrong, don't know what's up with that.

And I'm really **bleep** off because the sale of one of the games I wanted to buy ends today so thanks for that.

Criei uma conta com o nome EXCELENCIA_JASON e apareceu que estava criada, ao entrar no ps4 mostrou que não foi possível iniciar a sessão usando a ID de sessão de outro jogador, voltei ao site para poder mudar o name da id para que eu possa jogar e no site esta dizendo que eu nao posso mudar minha id online, alguém pode me ajudar por favor ?!?!

Not recieving verification e-mail

Hi,

 

I purchased a PS4 last Friday and tried to tie my PSN account to it but it needed to verify my e-mail address but never recieved the verification e-mail. I've tried re-sending it numerous times (On my PS4, PS3 and through the site) but have to no avail. I checked both my inbox and my spam inbox-- nothing. I did shoot Sony support an e-mail but haven't heard back from them.

Soon I will have my legal name changed amongst other things.  I realize from research that you cannot change all of your information. 

  If I create a new PSN account, is there a way to transfer information (purchases etc, don't care about saves/trophies) to my new account?  I have a number of downloadable games purchases/registered through my account that need transfering - Metal Gear Solid/VR, Final Fantasy 9, Castlevanie SOTN, Crash Bandicoot  1, 2, and more, that I really don't want to lose.

 Thank you for any assistance that can be provided, I do appreciate it.

Age restriction error code (NP-31735-9)

I recently got trials fusion on my ps4, and am trying to view the leaderboards to compete online, but I keep getting a message that says " Cannot use the PlayStation Network features in this application due to age restrictions. (NP-31735-9)"
I checked the parental settings and there are no restrictions, nor have there ever been, and the system works fine with mortal kombat x, dark souls 3, and street fighter 5. Is there anything anybody can think may be the issue?
