Hey guys. So i just got a copy of Farcry 4 and Battlefield Hardline (both are used games). Usually, after I insert the new games on my PS4, it auatomatically starts downloading updates. Now, even when I search for updates manually (options-> check for updates), it tells me that the installed application is the latest version, but its not… (Farcry latest version is 1.07 while my game version is 1.00) I tried to initialize my PS4 and restoring from backup, but the problem persists

Cannot Sign In
Console sign-in does not recognize my password, but signing in through the PC does just fine. Last attempt said maintenance was being done, but the network status show everything is up? Please address.

Account Hacked/Contacted Support Chat
So recently my account was compromised and had my PS4 deactivated via the 6 month All System Deactivation, which I hadn't done in over a year, without giving my info out. It's scary to me, as a loyal Sony consumer, that there aren't steps to take besides changing your password and waiting the 6 months to do the deactivation. Apparently this is a common occurrence as I've been seeing other users having the same exact issue. I spoke to an agent via support chat and after telling them what happened, I got a link for deactivating a system which requires the system's serial number you want deactivated. Then after explaining again that I was hacked, I was told I just had to put the serial number from my ps4 into the deactivation form and it will deactivate the current primary console and activate yours. After filling out the form and looking around on the web, I'm a little concerned with my odds since I haven't seen any good news resulting from following these steps. Also, every time I go to look for a customer support number or email so I can speak with someone over the phone or send an email, I don't find one. What's the deal? Since when is this how your loyal customers get treated when an issue arises? The only message I'm getting from this is if your account gets hacked, and you recover your account, you still have to wait 6 months so someone else can illegally enjoy your stuff for free. Am I missing something?

Little Red (X) next to my "Profile" Icon
Little Red (x) next to my "Profile" Icon on the dashboard. Also can't join/invite friends to party. Anyone else experiencing this? Currently I have a checkmark next to ONLINE as opposed to APPEAR OFFLINE, if that is relevent at all.

Unable to download InFAMOUS
I have InFAMOUS from the welcome back promotion, but am unable to download the game from the store. I am able to download Little Big Planet, but when I go to InFAMOUS, there are NO options to the right of the thumbnail, where "download" or "purchase" would be. There's nothing there. How do I get this game to download? I can't even repurchase.

Hello, I'm having a few problems with PSN in general. Let's start with the top of the list, shall we?
- I recently bought Arslan: The Warriors of Legend for the PS4 that came with a download code for the first episode of the anime. When I put in the download code it came with both the SD and HD. Now in my download list the SD appears only.
- The TV epiosdes that I have bought do appear in my download list, barring the previous problem. But they are currently not appearing in 'My Videos." The entire list for "My TV Shows" is now empty!
- My final problem is with something I just bought through the Games Weekly Deals. I bought a copy of Valkyria Chronicles™ 2 for $4.99 thinking that it was playable on PSP and PS Vita.
Now when I go to my download list it says its only for PS3 and PSP and I can't play it on my PS Vita.

Activating a Primary ps4

So recently I bought a ps4 took it home home played it for one night and then it stopped working completely. This was not a huge problem, because the store from which I bought it allowed me to exchange it for a new one and all was well. The only issue is today when I used a code I was given to download a new game, once it finished downloading it says I cannot acces the game because this is not my primary ps4. This is the only ps4 I am in possesion of so the only thing I can think is that the first one I bought is still linked with my account somehow and set as my primary device. Since I returned it, I cannot deactivate it as my primary ps4 and I have found no way to do this remotely either. Also when I log into my account online it shows only one ps4 as being linked to my account but from my actual ps4 console it says that there is another. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm a game developer and I really want to publish my games on Playstation 4!
I tried to register, but I was stuck when I had to write my own IP address there. It didn't fit.
And I also need this:
Required Attachments
1. Attach a PDF version of an official document identifying all the Directors of your entity, this could include one or more of the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Latest Annual Return / Financial statement
- Copy of your entry on Commercial Register (or equivalent) within your country / region.
2. Attach a document describing your planned projects for PlayStation platforms.
Note: Multiple attachments can be uploaded. Maximum size of each file is 5MB.
I don't have any Certificate of Incorporation. We are just two people! Me and my wife!
Why do I need to attach this PDF-file? I'm just a simple developer with my wife who make the graphics and design.
Hope I can get some help, so I can be registered!

PS 3 account
Somehow my sign in ID and my online ID became disassociated with each other being as I was able to create a new account with the same email address I used with the old online ID. It has been probably about 4 months since I last logged in online and connected with the PlayStation Store. I have all my purchases and trophies linked to that online ID so I'm kind of curious how this can be fixed. Thank you for your time.
