PS4 saves

I currently have a regular 500GB PS4 and most of my games are disks.
I'm wanting to get the 1TB Black Ops III bundle and also want to go fully digital. If I were to switch to a new console, signed in and bought and downloaded digital versions of my games, my story and online saves will still be there correct? It's my understanding that saves are linked to your account as long as you save through system storage before factory resetting to sell?

I have a problem which I hope can be rectified.    I have 3 playstations, I have been a customer since for at least a decade.  I recently went to add a new playstation, only to find that I could not because old dead playstations which were listed on my account prevented me from adding any more.  The rule used to be, that you could have up to 5 PS3 systems attached to an account.  That rule changed in 2011, however I have been a PS3 owner since before the rule change.   I used the onlnce chat support feature and they had me do a master reset of all of the units associated with my accound...  Now however I can only add two systems to my account instead of the 3 I had before..  That's just great...  now I have a 7 year old crying and a two $300.00 bricks.   Online supports response was basically "too bad for you". 

 

Really?   This is how you treat a decade old customer?   Someone who has purchased at least 5 systems over that decade...  dozens of games...   multiple controllers, season passes.. ...   REALLY?

 

Can I get a little help here?   Because this is BS...  You are about to lose a customer....

Error with cookies in browser.

When logging into websites using the browser an error is appearing saying that cookies need to be enabled. When checking the settings my cookies are already enabled. Not sure what I need to do for the browser to recognize that the cookies are enabled

Not allowing me to update payment method

My playstation account will not allow me to update my payment method. I have been trying to use a different credit card to add funds, and every time I try it tells me to use a card with a valid number. I have tried multiple cards and ensured that they both are typed in correctly, and have proper funds on them. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Country is not available when either signing up/ or entering billing information

Hi, I live in Barbados and I came here to query as to why when I am either creating a PSN account or entering billing adress information, Barbados is not an option to be for "Country/Region" section and therefore I had to create my account under US or EU region. This restricts from purchasing any digital content from the Playstation Store being I can not provide accurate information on where my credit card's billing address is situated. Please provide any helpful solutions to my problem please.

I recently got my account hacked and I still managed to get it back (with the power of birthdate!) Then about 2 weeks later (this Friday) I tried to get onto my account on my PS3, and it said I was banned. I know it's temporary but at least it's that. But I haven't received an email for what I did and for how long it was for. I do admit I raged at the guy that stole my main account (the one that was banned) and told him to "Get the f**k off my account" from the PlayStation messages app that doesn't sign you out your account if your password is changed as I knew the person's gamer tag who stole it. Oh and by the way, the error code is 8002A231. The thing I'm worried about is that it could be longer than a month (the amount left on my PS Plus) and that I had about £700 worth of DLC games and content that I think I could lose, but if not, PLEASE TELL ME!! Thanks for reading and hopefully thanks for the reply!

Playstation App on my IPAD. I can send but NOT receive messages.

I just downloaded the Playstation App on my IPAD.  I can send messages to others with no problem.  I CAN NOT, however, receive any.  I have checked and double checked my settings and preferences.  Any clues on, "what's up with that?".

So i activated a ps4 on activate a ps4 as primary. I got a new one on warrenty so i dont have it anymore. It wont let me remove it off my account though cause i dont have it with me.. How do i go about fixing this?

I was online, **bleep** a while back because 18$ was taken out of my account, regarless of trying to avoid getting charged for things. Funny enough, I was charged anyways. So I went through my paypal, asked for a refund and got it. however, my account is now banned? I thought paypal went through sony or whatever to get it...? 

 

It was the fact that Money was simply taken from under my nose that I wanted the refund, (I hate those who take without me realsing it) I didnt think I would suddenly have a banned account. Anyway to fix this quickly or am i essentially screwed for wanting a refund for PSN membership that I hadnt wanted??

So ive been through the whole forum and still cant find a solution to my issue!

 

Im a university studnet that lives on campus and for some unkown reason the uni have blocked the use of wifi on game consoles?!??!?

so im  trying to connect the intenet from my laptop to the playstation 4 yet anything i do it keeps getting an error that its timed out and cant find a IP address. 

i have been through the process to shares the compters internet and i have also tryed to bridge the connections between the wifi and local area connection while just using the automatic connection methords on the playstation it self yet nothing has worked.

 

if anyone has found a simple way to sort this out would be great.

Error Connecting PSN from PC and Playstation error 37397

Hi,

 

Can someone help me in resolving issue related to PSN connectivity. My internet connectivity is working fine. I am using WIFI at my home, and only website I am not able to connect to is PSN. I am getting access denied error when connecting PSN from my Laptop/PC from my home network using WIFI and WS-37397-9 error from my Playstation 4.

I tried below options already 

1) Restting the Router/ flushed the firmware and reinstalled the new firmware DD-WRT on my Router

2) MAC Address Cloning

3) DNS setting to Google DNS and Open DNS

4) Port Forwarding to the specified ports by Sony

5) changed MTU to 1492

6) Rebuild the Database

 

Please suggest the solution as This problem I am facing from past 15 days.

Can't change profile picture

I used to use the PlaystationApp on my Android device to change my profile picture and now it won't let me. I went to the account settings on my ps4 and it wouldn't let me select the option to change the profile picture via the app. My avatar was selected and it would only let me use my Facebook profile picture, which I don't want to do. There is the option to use the PlaystationApp but I couldn't select it. When I try to change the profile picture through the app i reports an error simply saying 'Cannot change your profile picture'. Both the app and the ps4 firmware are the latest versions. Thanks!
