I have 2 issues with my account I have purchesed season pass on BO3 and today it said you can get some rewards for purchasing season pass I still havn't recived anything
2. second issue is that I bought cod points and still didnt recieve them i restarted my console and still nothing on both?? what should i do ??
sombody has been hacking into my acount daily nobody hass any of my emials or passwords in have already changed them but now there are locks on my games and when i do what it says which is activate ps4 it tells me there a error

Yesterday I received a friend request on Facebook of an unknown person. I accepted the request and asked him who he was?
After a while he replied that he had hacked my PSN id. At first I was not beleiving him until he told me the sign in id and also the consoles i have(PSVita and PS3).
Then I went to the sony website to sign in and it says invalid id or password. I logged into my email, which i provided in the id, and saw an email which said sign in id changed.
There was a link that took me to a support page, but do do a livechat you must provide your id, which unfortunately has been changed.
I need to get my account back, and i have researched many such forums and onmost of them there was the users fault because he gave his credentials to smeone for gamesharing etc. But this is not my case. THe person told me he is a hacker and can hack credit cards emails etc. I aslo have his chat and screeshots as proof.
Pls help me gain access to my account.
I still have my PSVita with me at the moment but my ps3 is in the cargo conatiner as i shifted my country recently.

I keep trying to get the new free playstion plus games, but its charging me full price.
Maybe a strange coincidence, but I purchased Uncharted 4 DVD from Gamestop yesterday for my 14 yo son, and today there is a $60 charge from Playstation Sony on my credit card. Could there by something that he unwittingly purchased during the installation of the game onto the ps4?
Other than that, it appears someone used my CC on their PSN account as there are no recorded transactions in my account. That would be a strange coincidence given that I rarely purchase anything from the PSN store and the charge came on the day he installed the DVD.
Any thoughts?
I have a ps4 and i want to activate it as primary so i can play it on my laptop but whenever I try to activate as primary it says " YOU HAVE ANOTHER SYSTEM ACTIVATED AS PRIMARY ON THIS ACCOUNT, DEACTIVATE THAT ONE TO ACTIVATE THIS ONE AS PRIMARY". I have no other ps4 and no ps3. please help me!!!

i have 2 accounts and i like using both to play games with different usernames, but recently being able to use more accounts on a store bought game has been made to not be allowed. I would love it if psn could allow us to be able to change or modify our usernames. As of right now i have all of my games and plus under my old username and i woul like a new one

Someone hacked my playstation account and deactivated my playstation and now activated as theirs, but when I go online to deactivate their PS4 it gives me this 
I bought 50$ PSN card from a trusted retailer. I redeemed code, then download a season pass and other add ons. They just wouldn't download. It says "Waiting to install..." then I tried restoring my licenses. Still didn't work. I have screenshots and proof that I bought items and didn't let me download. I hope PSN support would respond to this issue because I can't use the add ons. The only thing I was able to download was the avatar "SAS-SMOKE"
