Hacker deactivated my ps4 and activated his, now I cant reactivate mine

Somehow my psn account was hacked and the hacker used the deactivate all feature to remove my primary ps4 from my account and then activated his own. Now im stuck with a 3 month membership thats going all to this guy. Can someone delete this guys ps4 off my account please and activate mine??

Steps there to "use an existing ID" do not exist.  There is only "Sign in", no sign up and definitely no "Use existing ID.".  Even after creating a fresh PS3 user (while trying to use the same email and password).

 

I'd like to access the digital games I have bought in the past on the Playstation Store.  Sadly the Playstation Store won't let me log in as me due to "Cannot sign in with another user's ID."

 

I have also tried to use the exact same user name as my PSN login is tied to.  No luck.

Spotify disconnecting from PSN server?

Alright so basically whenever I use the spotify app and play a game on the playstation, it will disconnect me from the PSN server. When it happens, it never saves my progress in the game  and I have to restart my system. It will happen at random times aswell. My router is perfectly fine. Anyone else have this issue?

I have tried literally everything I've seen on the Internet to fix my ps4, but when I try to sign into psn it just keeps saying please wait. I have been at it for weeks and still cannot get it to work.

So, I bought my PS4 back in January in the US. I recently moved to Mexico but my account is on US region. My account has my sister's credit card information (I was a minor) and today I tried to change it to my own but I couldn't because my credit card is from a Mexican bank. I read that the only way out is to make a new account only for purchase and set the PS4 as main on it so I can buy stuff on that account and play on my original, but I'm not sure if it works the same way with PS plus memberships, so that I can pay on that account and play on the other. Sorry if not clear enough. Please help.

PS Store Purchased DCUO Marketplace Cash Never Granted In-Game on PS4

On Saturday December 21st I purchased 5,000 Marketplace Cash for DC Universe Online from the PS4 PS Store.  Then last night, December 22nd I purchased an additional 1,000 Marketplace Case for DC Universe Online from the PS4 PS Store.  This totaled $54.98 in purchases.  When I then logged into the game and went to the in-game marketplace I found that it said I had 0 Marketplace Cash.

 

I immediately checked my Transaction History and could see both purchases went through without any issues.  I tried relogging and restarting my PS4 but neither seemed to fix the issue so I opened a support incident with SOE.com.  Below is a copy of the response I received from them.

"Thank you for contacting in-game support. You may want to try completely logging out of the PSN and logging back in to see if that helps. You may also want to try logging in through a PS3. It can also sometimes take up to 24 hours for Marketplace Cash to be credited. Unfortunately the GM Team cannot currently track these transactions so you will need to contact SCEA for billing assistance if this transaction does not go through. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."

 

I then responded that waiting 24 hours for a purchased item from the PS Store is not acceptable to me and inquired if this was a glitch that was being resolved or if this was functioning as intended and was told:

"Thank you for contacting us with your issue. In-Game Customer Services does not have any interaction with Market Cash sales. All Market Cash purchase issues should be sent to SCEA, as they will be able to assist you with this request. You can contact them at http://us.playstation.com/support or by phone at 1-877-971-7669. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us again if you have future questions or concerns."

 

I went and turned on my PS3, updated DCUO there, then logged into the game around 7:30AM this morning.  On the PS3 version of the game the Marketplace Cash was available in-game so I responded to SOE that they could close their incident but that I would follow up here so that SCEA was notified that this issue occurred to begin with.

 

All in all it took approx. 48 hours before I received the in-game Marketplace Cash from my original purchase on December 21st.  That doesn't seem like an appropriate response time for receiving items purchased from the PS Store.  IF that is the correct amount of time before someone will receive items purchased from the PS Store then I can only imagine people will not be purchasing much from the store in the future.

Time Warner Cable party chat issues and online match issues in street fighter V

I have an in-law who has had issues with party chat connection with another in-law. Same issue with online match in street fighter V. Both have Time Warner Cable ISP. Download speed around 150 mbps and Upload at 6 mbps.  They both can play BO3 fine online. Is there a communication issue within PSN and TW Cable?

I've had my PS4 for about a year and half, and lived in my current home for about 9 months. When we moved in I setup Internet and all that jazz. Where I live there are a very limited amount of ISPs, even though I live downtown, in the largest city in my state. Anyways, the service would get shoddy from time to time and I would have to connect to an Xfinity wifi hotspot (one of the public ones ALL OVER the place). When I did, everything worked great. I would usually run around 10-13mbps download and 3-5 upload. After dealing with increasingly crappy service that I was paying for and spending 75-80% of the time connected to the hotspot anyways (since it worked way better), I decided to cancel my service and just use the hotspot. I hadn't had any problems for around 3 months... Then all of the sudden about 4 days ago, the hotspot started putting out between 0 and 50kbps (rarely anything higher, but maxed at about 70kbps). It's the same hotspot, it hasn't moved (I checked the location of it using their app and online). I bought a repeater/extender to try and boost the signal to my PS4, moved the PlayStation to different spots in the house, "forgot the network" and tried logging in again, among other things.. Now I know even though I'm about to say I don't need ppl stating the obvious like "sign up for your own dedicated Internet" etc etc, I'm sure someone will. Like I said, there are a VERY limited amount of ISPs where I live. I've had 2 of them, they NEVER worked, the third can only offer 1-2mbps max at my house, the fourth doesn't offer service where I live at all, and I DO HAVE AN APPT to set up service with the very last company that can offer service.. But the soonest they can get out here is 2 1/2 weeks from now. So yes, I'm getting another/new ISP, so let's not be childish. Anyways... suggestions on how to get the hotspot to connect and not run garbage speeds in the mean time?

Having trouble adding a paymrnt method to my PSN account...doesn't matter what type of payment form I put in, credit card, PayPal, ect. It always error out when I try to add funds to my wallet!

Any help would be appreciated

Me and my friend share accounts with the primary account sharing but today we logged on and he couldnt play any of the games that i had bought but i could still play his games. We tried to deactivate all accounts from my ps4 but i had already done that before with another friend before and that was over a year ago and for some reason it now has a cooldown when it didnt before. What me and my friend were thinking is that someone got on my account and deactivated all devices from my account which was really just my friend and they activated my ps4 as their primary. I'd really like to be able to reset the devices linked to my account so this issue could be solved right now.

I'm currently having an issue with people in my PSN community trying to sell items in a game for real money. I'm not 100% certain that this is against the terms and conditions set by PSN, but I feel like it is. If it is, can you site the specific reference to it? So I can pay it forward? And if it is not against the conditions, I would like to know this as well. Thank you very much.

I typed in all my credit card information but my card number wasn't accepted. It sent me an error message saying "this credit card information is not valid" why and how is that possible? When I had an Xbox I had no problems but now I do. Someone help please!
