I KEEP RECIEVIENG THIS ERROR CODE WHEN TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY PSN ACCOUNT ON MY SYSTEM. I HAVE LOST ALL ACCESS TO MY GAMES AND IM VERY UPSET. I TRIED RESTORING LICENSE AND IT DIDNT NOT WORK PLEASE HELP!
