Does anyone have an alternate contact support number? The (800)345-sony is now a recording that hangs up after telling you the time they are open and how to contact them. I am a playstation fan to the core but I have to say they have really been dropping the ball on the psn. It was ok they had problem when it was free, but for a service I am paying for this is unexceptable. And then to make it where you can't contact them for support is just bad for business.
