I recently temporarily moved to africa from the USA My PSN is an US account, i purchased a DLC from amazon but it didnt work i dont know why so i was wondering for DLCs is it best if i purchase it from the Playstation Store and whether me being in another country out of USA can cause the DLC not to work, is there anything like console region lock?

I was commenting on another thread today and I was just wondering...
All my children have thier own USER on my 3 playstations. Each one of them have earned quite a number of Trophies on such accounts... I don't really care to much about my trophies yet my children are very proud (as am I ) of thier achievments.
If when they come of age and I create an email and PSN account for them (even if its a sub account because it will have to be a sub account for at least 4 years)... will those trophies count for them as long as the info is intact and the PS3 PSN is still up and running?
I kinda told my oldest a few years ago that her Trophies would always be hers... (which is why she made 3... one for her and one for each of her sisters so she can brag... (I am trying to teach her to be more humble yet she is the oldest and Tallest ... I told her she might not always be the tallest yet she doesn't beleive me yet lol)
I am hoping I did not missinform her by accident...
Today I received an email from EA as if I had requested a SMS activation code. I checked my email and found that my sony email had been changed and i had been charged with 60$. I logged in my SIE account and someone had deactivated my ps4 and added another one and had also added a subaccount to it.
I have no way of reactivating my real PS4, I have no way of removing the subaccount, no way of deactivating the hackers ps4 and the only form available for this requires a serial number which I obviously don't have because it's not my ps4 on the account at the moment. What should I do to get this all sorted out? Seems like all the support websites either send me back to the main page or don't give me enough information.
I havent found a way to submit a support ticket or a number I can call... Please help

I cant get into my account because i dont remeber the birthday i used because i was under 18 at the time): it has all my saved data for gta and i want to port it over to my ps4 which i had to make a new account for.. and now i have game data on both accounts please help.
I wanted to ask why i got banned due to terms of service cause some of my friends had my account on there ps4 i just wanted to know if maybe making purchases be cause iv'e had my account banned for around 6 months if there is any thing you can do to help because i had that account forever now and i had so much progress on it and im pretty upset to not be able to use my games and do any thing on that account im asking one more time please help

Please help me whenever i try to connect to my internet It just comes up with "can not connect to network NW-31285-5" I have tried everything, EVERYTHING. And still it doesnt work. When i go to test the internet connection it says obtain ip address succesful but internet connection says failed. And i cant get past that. Please help sony if you need any more infomation about my situation just ask.

I live in Japan, and when I came downstairs this morning, I had a message on my PS4 saying that my account is signed into another Playstation. I tried to sign back in, but it said my email was invalid. I checked my email to find a message saying my sign-in ID/email had been changed, and to click a link on the bottom of the email if I didn't do it. I've been trying to reach someone about this issue for hours with no luck. I can't sign in, I can't change my password, can't connect with anyone on the Playstation Chat, and the customer service isn't available until Monday at 8am. I had to create this account just to be able to post on this forum. How do I get my original account back?

I haven't booted my PS4 all summer and as the cold is settling in I'd like to use it again. I've made the latest system update and it seems I can't access my games any more.
I have 2 accounts, one in the US and one in the UK. I use my US account to make game purchases and that account was set as primary. I use my UK account to play and collect trophies and it's been working great for the past few years until yesterday.
Searching through forums and googling a bunch I have deactived all accounts as primary from the console. When trying to activate back my US account it says that it can't do that because there is already an active account on another PS4...which is bollocks. I accessed PSN in the browser, reset my passwords for both accounts and manually deactivated all of my primary accounts as per support page instructions.
Signed out and back in again into my console and tried to set my US account which has all of my purchases as my primary. Still i get the same error that I have a PS4 that's set to active.
Any ideas what I should do now?
