something is going on with my account. i cant fix
i went directly to my email on yahoo.com waited for a email to be sent about changing my password.
i changed my password on 01 OCT and i wrote it down. 7 days later im not able to sgin into my PSN 08 Oct.
when i press the Triangle button so i can get the link resent and it says " The Information You Have Entered Is Not Valid"
So i tried making a new account using the same email address ive been using .
and it lets me continue to use the same email and same password but does not let me use the same PSN name. so i never made the account.
for the fear of losing everything.
ive tried logging on to THIS SITE . i used my email im trying to recover with the password i wrote down and it says one of them are inccorect.
and i hit recover password and it also says " The Information You Have Entered Is Not Valid"
I also tried Setting > Network > Test Internet Connection : Result " PSN Sign-In Failed: (Details) > ( CE-33992-6)
CE-33992-6 Error Code:
PSN sign-in failed at [Test Internet connection]
Make sure you are signed in to PSN before you start the connection test. This error may occur if you try the test during a PSN maintenance. Check PSN status and try after the maintenance is over. You can check the status of the PSN
So thats not working also, so i went to Setting > Network > View Status of PNS : everything is green
so does anyone know what i should do because i paid 100 for 2k17 and im not starting over .
so what options do i have ? because this IS A BIG PROBLEM. how is this going to get fixed?
