Cannot log in to Playstation Network
So, I have tried for the past two days to log onto the Playstation Network and it will not let me access the network from my account. However, I can access the Playstation Network from my brother's account on the same Playstation 4. Did something happen to my account that I need to address with someone? I would like to play online on my own account as soon as possible.

Keep disconnecting from internet on PS4 after about 30 minutes of playing.
I'd love to play with a friend, but after about 30 minutes of playing with him, I disconnect for a while so we can't get through anything. I've tried resetting the internet, resetting the playstation, practically everything on the support page. I'd love to be able to fix this. It gives me the error code NP-31950-8 which I can't find help for anywhere.

I'm dealing with fraud, not sure how to proceed.
Somebody got my account info, and created a sub account with an email I do not recognize "kantong1206269m@163.com" and spent 200 dollars, I desperately need that money, but I need to know what the right venue to handle this is. Thank you for any help you provide.

Sub-account created and large charges to credit card
This morning I recieved two emails from Sony saying that someone charged a large amount of money to my credit card and created a sub account under my account. Is there a way to contact Sony to dispute the charge and remove the sub account? I've already changed the account password.

Help....$200 been added to my account that I didn't do myself.
I tried to call Customer Service, but can't find a number or email. I had 199.99 charged to my credit card, and added to my wallet I didn't make....on top of that, a Sub account was made on my account as well, and can't seem to delete it....I know what happened too....some jerk stole my first PS4, and am guessing they added an account on top of my account somehow and charged my credit card of that 199.99.
I want that money reinbursted cause I didnt add the money to my wallet, and want that sub account removed as well.
Thanks....please someone help before they make a purchase. I already removed my credit card from my account.

i installed dlc pack but in game it says to purchase again
The other night I bought and installed DLC pack descent. I noticed on the main screen it says I'm offline and need to connect to psn...well I'm not offline I am connected and when I open the game up to play that DLC pack it says I need to purchase in order to play but it's already installed. What to do I do?
