I encountered a problem with my PSN store cart stopping me from making any purchase (details here). I am trying to get someone (a Sony customer support agent) to help me with it, preferably over live chat or email instead of phone, but I can't seem to find any way to reach them!
On the Contact Us page, it says "Looking to email Support? We’d rather talk to you in person as it will let us help you much more quickly and efficiently. Please use our live chat or phone contact options."
And that contact options link brings me to a page for searching support articles, there is no option to actually email someone or chatting with someone. All it has is links to this forum, Youtube or Twitter.
On the right side of the page there is a floating Feedback tab which has web self-help, contact support (who would have thought contact support is under Feedback!) and community seekers. I suppose contact support there will link to a live chat (based on the url) but it brings me to a blank page! I've tried this on various browsers and PCs, at different times of the day, there's no live chat popping up, just a blank page after a long loading time.
So how do I contact PSN support staff? (As I said, I prefer to do so via text rather than phone, not that there is any phone number given any where anyway. Just can't believe how well Sony has hidden such important information.)
