Connection Error nw 31359-1
My PS4 has just recently stop connecting to my MIFI connection thru Verizon. It has been working fine and then about 3 weeks ago, it quit connecting.

Unauthorized Sign-in ID Change. Help!
I received an email saying my Sign-In ID has been sucessfulyl changed. At the bottom on the email it said to contact Sony's support if I did not do this myself. I tried multple times to talk on their live chat and each time I 'fail their security questions'. My account has seemingly been hacked and had the information changed, no wonder I can't answer the questions. Anyway, I had all my card details on there, as well as things like my address and probably about $200 worth of purchases that I no longer have access to. Every time I try to talk to Sony's live chat they just dissconnect the chat on me.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate it as I am at a loss on what to do.

Have Not Been Able To Sign In For The Last Four Days
I have been having trouble signing in to the PSN for the last four days. Everytime I try to sign in, the connection times out. I can't even watch Netflix, because of it, which is really irritating. The only thing I can do is use the internet browser to surf the web, and of course, lodge this complaint.

What's New not updating
Hi.
Is anybody else having the problem of the What's New section not updating? Mine has been like it for a week now.
My own activities show up on my profiles activity section as do all my friends when I click on them individually. But they aren't showing on what's new. It's like it's stuck.
I've searched and only found old threads and one on the European PS forum. It's happening on both the PS4 and the app.

DLC region locked,Request Refund
It was my first experience downloading an expansion pass.....
i downloaded the expansion pass for Just Cause 3 but I found that my PSN ID was region 1 while the game was region 2 and the DLC was region locked.The DLC is stuck on waiting to install and won't install. It's like I threw my money out of the window.I request a refund as the DLC is useless to me.

Error code (WC-40376-0) on gamestop PS4 digital download
So I had a Gamestop gift card and got Dragon Age: Inquisition with it. It was a digital code for the game. I enter it in the "Redeem a code" section on my PS4 and gives me the WC-40376-0 error code. My Region is US and the code is US. I dont know why it still wont work. Thanks for reading and helping out if possible!

Playstation 4 will connent to internet but will not sign into the playstation network
Hello,
I am currently staying in a premier inn and have paid money to connect to the ultimate wifi. After connecting to the internet I opened up an internet window screen so I could sign into the wifi. This all went successful and I can view whatever I want on the internet but when I went to sign in to the PlayStation network the below screen appears. I have tried turing the playstatation off and on again. I have also tried changing the DNS settings, Primary to 8.8.8.8 and Secondary to 8.8.4.4, as I have seen this has helped a lot of people and it hasn’t changed anything. I have asked the hotel about this and they were very unhelpful.
If anybody could help I would much appreciate it,

Hello On Friday and today I bought the DLC for dragonball xenoverse Pack 1 GT and the season pass so when I went to the game to play the dlc I can't find it like no new PQs and no new story mode and I can't find the robot to give me the missions and I don't have new characters GT Goku GT Trunks GT Pin I can't find them. No NEW PQ NO NEW STORY MODE CAN'T FIND THE ROBOT AND NO NEW CHARACTERS?! WHAT SHOULD I DO????? I'm using PS4

Ps4 cannot connect to internet via lan cable
Hi,
I have some problem connecting my new PS4 to internet via Lan cable, I can do it via wi-fi.
I'm using for the fist time the game "Need for Speed" and I need to upgrade it via LAN.
With tipical configuration the error is NW-31250-1.
I have also modified some network information like DNS with primary 208.67.222.222 and secondary 208.67.220.220 or primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4 but it seems not working.
I also tried to modify also MTU in 1473 or 1474 but again it's not working.
Then I also tried to modify the IP address as static in my net but it's not working and the error is CE-33986-9.
What is the problem and what I need to do?
