Can't add funds due to regional constraints.

Hi, my name is Ismael, and i am from a little Centeramerican country called Costa Rica, and have had this problem for a while now. Back in 2014 when i first made my Psn account, Costa Rica was not an option at the "select your country" section of making a new account, (this was later changed in 2015 when they added Costa Rica, Honduras and other countries as options) so i set Spain as my country, and obviously the corresponding region is Europe. Because of this, the only way i can add funds to my account is buying European Psn cards. My credit card doesn't work as it is not from Spain, and i cannot  use American Psn cards due to regional constraints. Now, you might be wondering ¿Why don't you just use European Psn cards? The thing is that it is impossible to get them from here. Sony Eu on Amazon for some reason send you the actual card, instead of just sending the code via email, like the American Sony Amazon account does. I have done stuff to get around this limitations like having an alternative American account set as primary on my Ps4, so everything i buy there shares over to my actual account. Unfortunately, there is some content that is account bound and doesn't share over, like platinum on Warframe, or Silver in Destiny. 
I want to buy platinum on the account i play, where i have made progress and have over 1200 hours spent, but i need to buy it on the account i want to use it, and that is simply impossible for the reasons i listed. I already talked with Warframe support and they told me there is no way around to buying platinum than just using the Psn Store. 
My question is; is there any way to change the region of my account, or buy European cards in a digital format like American Psn cards? I mean, how would a person from Spain, that moves over to the US sort this out?
