I haven't logged in on my PS3 for many years, the firmware was 4.21 when I launched it. I updated to 4.80 and I tried to login (the email/password was still saved) and it said incorrect information. I assumed maybe the password had been reset since it's been so many years, so I clicked "Forgot your password?" and gave it my email and DOB and it says "The information you entered is not valid".....
So is that it? Has my account been hacked or something? I haven't used it in years but there were purchases on there.
Please any help is greatly appreciated.
