Cant download any updates neither games (CE-36244-9)

So, i just bought my playstation from singapore which was region 3, then i brought it to indonesia, then for at least less than a month i played the ps4 there were no errors at all, but currently my ps4 experiencing an error that always corrupted everytime i downloaded updates or game from the library it always said the data is corrupted (CE-36244-9). I already did everything i found in the internet, including initialise ps4, rebuild the database etc. and still nothing works, please sony, i need answers and i just want to make sure that i didnt bought a dissapointment. Thanks! Need replies asap
