Can't activate ps4..says already activated another. I've had this one two years and it's the only o

Other users (the kids accounts local to the ps4) cant access the content on the ps4, it has locks on them and it turns out my own account isn't activated as the primart ps4. It was working this afternoon. Is there anyway other than calling sony to fix this? Their support line isn't open til Monday.
