I am looking for help from the Sony NOC team and don't have better contact info at this point so I hope someone picksup on this...
I have multiple PPPoE servers with upwards of 500 users running throug a single concentrator. We have about 20,000 PPPoE users total which are sharing a limited pool of available IPv4 addresses.
It is a regular orrurance that we recieve blacklist notifications regarding "Account Takeover Attempts". The issue is that one offending user can effect hundreds of custoemrs. The IPv4 subnets are depleted and Sony doesn't support IPv6 yet so the only solution I can think of is to block offenders internally.
I am hoping for a line of communication or proper way of efficently getting these connectivity issues resolved.
Sony.... It's time to support IPv6. Please!!!
Sincerely,
Joshaven Potter
