MY TRANSACTION HISTORY AND GAMES ARE GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had this PS3 for two years. Bought Minecraft and a few other games. Now ALL record except those in my game save file are gone! My account is blank, my wallet is blank and I have no games that I paid for. **bleep** do I do ???
