Unauthorized Charges

So, I log in to check my emails today and I'm greeted with a purchase confirmation email from Playstation Network. Immediately my heart begins beating like a jackhammer. So I check the email, and sure enough, there are three, rather heftily-priced games listed that I didn't purchase, and trophies on my account that I didn't earn. So basically, someone hacked my account (there's no other possible explanation because I'm so paranoid about security, I would never give out my password for any reason) and bought games with it. But the idiot who did it was too stupid to change the password, so I changed everything, my Gmail, my Paypal, and my PSN, to make sure it doesn't happen again. I also put a PIN on for extra security. Doesn't matter anyway because it seems like my payment information's been removed, either by the person who did it, or by Sony. Oh, and they also set their PS4 as my primary, so if I lose my password I end up losing access to my own content.

The four "pre-approved payment" transactions on Paypal total $150 (two $25 transactions and two $50 transactions), which I cannot afford. That's half my rent for this month. The actual price of the unauthorized purchases was $139.97, $10.03 is still left in the wallet.

I'm probably going to need another bank card too. I'm willing to bet my current one is now compromised.

And I'll probably need copious amounts of alcohol while I'm at it. What a nightmare.

I know I'll get banned if I dispute the charges on Paypal, so what's the timeframe for me to act here? Because Sony support can be pretty difficult to get a hold of and deal with. What are their hours of operation tomorrow? Because I want to deal with this as soon as possible. I'm also wondering if it would be a good idea to file a police report for identity theft.

EDIT: Sony was the one that ended the billing agreement. So presumably, someone at Sony noticed and did something before I was charged any more than the initial $150. Why they didn't just cancel the current charges too along with the agreement, I have no idea.
