I've found a few other posts but can't seem to find my specific problem. I apologize if one already exists.
I'm attempting to access Cox WiFi in my hotel room via PS4. The conncection is up and running. I'm able to get an IP and all that good stuff. I also know that I need to accept the terms on my browser to gain full access. The problem is that when I check the box to accept the Staybridge/Cox terms of use and click submit that I get the following error, "Invalid Authentication Token. It appears that you have cookies disabled on your browser. Please re-enable cookies on your browser and try your connection again. This is a Cox security measure to prevent unauthorized access. Thank you for your cooperation." When I check the browser settings, cookies are enabled. I've disabled then re-enabled them, restarted the PS4 and I still get the same message. When I test the internet connection, it obtains the ip, but internet connection fails. I've called Cox tech support and was told that they can't manually bypass the screen. Any ideas? Our family is here for over a month. We can't play games online or access apps like Netflix. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
