For the past four days I have been unable to connect to PSN. I've had the same configuration for the past two years and downloaded the most recent system update. When I test the connection it is able to obtain the IP address and Internet connection but when it tries to connect to the PlayStation network it says "Failed". I've tried resetting both my modem and ps4 but to no avail. My internet doesn't appear to be the issue as I can browse and use the Internet freely on my computers. I've changed my DNS and MTU as well. I don't understand why it is an issue all of a sudden when literally nothing has changed in terms of my equipment or configuration. Please help because this is very annoying.
