Account Breached - Now I'm Banned

Hey guys, hoping someone here can help me. And before everyone claims that I am at fault let me explain what happened.
On May 14th (a Saturday) I received multiple emails stating that there were purchases made on my PSN account for a game (Destiny) that I already own. Being it was the weekend I knew I had to wait unail Monday before Customer Service would be available.
Then on May 15th I received an email that my email address for my account had been changed. And no, I did not change it, I have never shared my account info with anyone, nor have I shared my password with anyone.
On Monday May 16th I contacted customer service explained the issue to them and was able to get my email reset, and my password changed.
As soon as I got into my account I changed the purchase options to require a password on checkout and proceeded to check the rest of my account when I realized that there were 3 PS3 systems (that are not mine) added to my account.
I mentioned this to the rep that I was chatting with and asked how to get these removed. He provided me with a link to an online form and told me to put down the serial numbers of the systems I wanted to keep. The only problem is that on that form there is nowhere to put that info, just the serial numbers of the systems you wanted to remove.
I had to take my wife i for surgery the following day and when I returned to play the night of Thursday May 18th I received a message that my account was banned.
When I called on the 19th to get this resolved the customer service rep told me he couldn't do anything because I violated the Terms of Service, but he wasn't able to tell me what I did wrong. I spoke to a supervisor and he told me the same thing.
On May 20th I received an email stating that a system on my accout had pirated software and that's why my account was banned.
I called back on May 22nd and spoke with another supervisor explained the situation and he verified the systems I own and told me that the system in question was not the one I own. He said he was going to open a case and have it investigated and was supposed to call me back.

So what do I do from here? I have tried log into my account and it's still banned, and I've heard nothing from Sony. If I call back I'm sure they're going to tell me that there's nothing they can do. If they look at the facts of the case they will easily be able to see that the PS3 systems were added to my account following breach on May 14th, and I'm sure that if the checked the IP that it would not be the same as my other systems.
I've been a loyal PS gamer since 2007, have had the same account this entire time (I'm nearly 40 now) and I know better than to share my account info. I don't want to have to start over and invest the hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to purchase games I already legally own. At this point it's almost enough to cause me to quit playing, I don't have the time anymore to spend hours upon hours leveling characters, and restarting my progress.
Please someone help me, is there any way to get my account back?
