Wallet Issue

I am writing from Bangladesh. I have been trying to add a VISA credit card number (issued from Bangladesh) but its saying "Please enter a valid credit card number" & I have tried number of times & its showing the same message. I have purchased online in other sites with the same card before & there is no issue with the card. I have choose US region & address while signing up PSN & after reading FAQ I found out to purchase from US region the card needs to be issued within USA so I sign up with a new account using India (as Bangladesh was not available in the country list) & provided some address in India but still could not add my credit card. Appreciate if you please help me as I need to buy some PS3 games asap.
