I got Uncharted 4 when it was released and enjoyed the story mode. When I beat it, I tried playing the multiplayer. Every time I click on the multiplayer page it loads the connection just fine but on the bar that says "loading introduction" a message pops up saying "You've been disconnected from the PlayStation Network. You must be connected to access the online portions of this title." It doesn't make any sense because I am connected. I have even disconnected and reconnected many times and it still gives me this message. I've been trying to fix this problem for over a week and have done every possible thing to fix it and nothing is working. I have called PlayStation numerous times and they don't know why its not working. At this point I am getting incredibly frustrated and its ridiculous that I paid over $60 for this game and I still can't access half of the game. Please help me
