Can't purchase with credit card in store

So I've been trying to purchase Star Wars Battlefront at the sale price most of the afternoon.  When I attempt to purchase from the computer it comes up as an error message asking me to try later.  When attempting to purchase on the PS4 it says the credit card info is no good.  I've been on the phone twice with my credit card company and all is in order, in fact they can see the numerous transactions from the Playstation Store, however they are adamant that the store is attempting to authorize the card for $0.  I've had issues with the store before, but if I miss out on the sale price because the store is buggy I'll be seeking an extension on said sale.  Any input would be appreciated.
