I am having a problem downloading updates on my PS4. When i try an update an application like youtube or a game like black ops 3, it gets as far as 2% preparing to download and then it will stop and say 'Cannot download'. I am able to sign in to PSN and i can play online. Ive checked my internet connection and it is working fine. Please help.
