Ok, here it is, I'm trying to simply create a new user, using my existing PSN account through the create new user icon. I punch in my existing PSN and it gives me the message
"Cannot use the sony entertainment network account of another user on this ps4". I don't understand why, Ive watched all these youtube video's trying to figure out how to make a new account and they all say to do it the same way. SOMEONE HELP
