So one day,about 2 days ago I decided I wanted to play some ps4. So I got on and it showed that i wasn't signed into psn(I'm doing this from a different psn account) so I tried then realized I didn't remember my password. I pressed triangle and went to the forgot my password screen I sent an email to my gmail and it never showed up. It apparently sent but hadn't showed up in my inbox. On the screen it said Please wait a few more moments before sending another password recovery request. I waited a good 2 hours, got back on repeated and even though I had only clicked it once at that time it still said. Please wait before sending another request. My parents and me have been trying to resolve it but nothing is working. I would be grateful if someone would please help me. I was level 77 in GTA prestige 2 41 in bo3 and very far into fallout 4.
