Hi there, ive been experiencing a problem yesterday that seems to have no solution 
Ive been studying away from home for uni until I came back yesterday for a little break. I hopped on my console only to find out its banned. I was confused for abit as I've left the console back home and no body was using it. I went into my email and there is nothing from SONY or PSN or any related emails. I logged on the iOS PlayStation App and every feature on my account is normal and funtional. It only took me a few hours to realise my childish cousin had came over once only for the sole purpose to access into PSN after his account has been terminated for modifying software and that sort of gigs. He has his account activated on my console which I cannot even delete, I cannot sign in on any other user and its been causing frustration. I called him and told him what happened only to find out he has called sony asking for help and ended up in him abusing customer support with all my details involved, which I am very sorry about; he is just a child. can anyone please help? I've been eager to play online but nothing seems to work all because of my stupid cousin. I tried livechat but it doesn't work in my region for some reason (middle east). any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you so much in advance
