i can not for the life of me get on to psn,ive contacted live support and got the run around five times yesterday,i have wifi but when i try to sign in to psn it gives me this

ive been getting this for 3 days now and i know other people have to
here are the things ive tried
reseting my ps4 to factory setting (Failed )
reset my router (failed)
encryption (failed)
opening ports (ailed )
changing internet setting (Failed)
unplugging and letting it sit (Failed )
ive tried everything it happen after the release of fallout 4 wasteland workshop which i bought and cant download now
does anyone know anything i can do or do i just have to wait because im thinking its on sonys side with some many people having this problem
