Okay, i'm not going to sit here and tell you i don't know why i was banned......even though i kinda don't know..... BUT i only have 1 theory, i bought my ps4 5 months 6 days ago for christmas. I never had a mic for ps3 so i was glad it came free with the ps4, couple months later it got faulty but i had just used it like a normal headset since the day i bought it, would probably buy a better one in the future, (i know it's a bad quality one as well) but i had a feeling people could hear me when my mic was muted or even when it wasn't plugged in because they would tell me to turn my music down and tell me to shutup when i'm raging a little lol. I was like huh so i looked it up and no one had the same problems and all the answers were it's just a coincidence. And yes i rage alot of people rage, but i saw NO problem because my mic was MUTED OR NOT EVEN PLUGGED IN. I felt like i had no privacy and i stopped playing playstation as much as i did before. I did't have money to buy a new controller, so days go past and i'm stuck playing like that where everyone can hear everything i do, and i always like to play with music.. But the bigger problem is that i raged at people, called them a few names BUT my mic wasn't plugged in or it was muted so i was talking to a wall basically lmao that's how i get it off my chest so i think you can tell why i feel like this is bull, i would't ever get into an arguement online with random people it's stupid. But i think i'm allowed to rage when my mic isn't in right? Not in this case because people could hear me straight through my controller. How do i know that's the case?
I wake up the next day, and this was also just hours after i downloaded the new update 1.35, and i was hoping i got banned from an error with the update, but i don't hink so, i turn my ps4 on and i'm signed out even though i have auto login on, i try to sign back in and i get a message saying i'm banned or suspended. (i looked up the codes and yup i'm banned not suspended definetly banned) this was 9 days ago btw, my ps4 was just sitting there unplayable because i thought it would only be a 7day suspension, but now i'm looking at selling it because of all this bull. And i have been playing playstation since 2012, Level 11 account invested a whole lot of money in it, I ALSO CAN'T refund all the things i bought from ps store and i just bought a new subscription of PS+ about 3 days before i got this ban. I know i can make a new account, but i'd rather sell it, i can't remember every single friend i made on there to add again.. And no i would't waste my time grinding again. And other than that, I legit have no explanation in my head that i can think of of why i got banned.
But still, i've never got banned or suspended or anything before so why would i just get banned in one strike? i thought it goes 7 days-1 month- 6 months.
What i'm looking for is how long i will be banned for if it's not 7 days or if my account will ever be unbanned from time. Because it's almost been 10 days.
