NEED TO DEACTIVATE ALL PS3

Hello Guys,

 

My account says I have 5 PS3s even though I only own 2 PS3. This wasn't a problem before but when I tried playing my PS3 downloaded content on 4/3/2016, the PS3 wouldn;t allow me to play saying I can only have 2 PS3 activated at the same time. I do not share my account with anyone and have never log onto a friend PS3. I cannot deactivate all the PS3 account from my pc because I activated my second PS3 in Janaury and now I have to wait to July. What I don't get is why it stop working now. I activated the PS3 in January and was able to download and play for months and suddenly it stopped working. I tried calling customer support. The customer support says to fill out http://us.playstation.com/deactivate because they cannot activate at their end or kick the call up higher. The problem is, the http://us.playstation.com/deactivate won't accept by serial number no matter which way i input it. So I am stuck. I cannot believe that Sony would not have an actual person that I can call to deactivate all the PS3. This is just nonsense. What is the point of customer support if they cannot even do something this simple. Does anyone have any idea on how to solve the get http://us.playstation.com/deactivate to accept my serial number. I tried xxxxxxxxxxxx-CECH-4201A, xxxxxxxxxxxxCECH4201A, and xxxxxxxxxxxx. What am I missing.
