Network Problems

I'm having a very odd problem, and I can't narrow it down to being my network provider or PSN.

Today I had AEP and Verizon fixing power and telephone lines as well, so it could and most likely is them, but when I explain the details you'll see where I'm confused.

So, around the time they left today I was ready for some Battlefront. Before this I was watching the new Star Wars 7 on my PS4. No problems, all in high quality. But when I try to play Battlefront, it will not let me connect to EA or PSN what so ever, and the 2 times it did, as soon as I hit Play Walker Assault, it searches and says Looking for optimal server location, then it says I'm disconnected and can't use online features. I tried Destiny as a test as well, and it wouldn't work either.

I've restarted my wifi, troubleshot it, checked and tested connection on all devices in the house, everything works, everything loads, a little slow but it works and I can watch anything and surf the web. But I can't play games? Usually even with bad connection you can play, it's just so super laggy that you don't play. But every online game I try, on my PS4, will not even attempt to put me in a lobby. I've checked websites forums for being worked on maybe, but found nothing for PSN or Battlefront being down, no evidence of a big hack like back in the day, I'm just so confused.

Half the time I check connection on the PS4 it fails to identify NAT type, but Status says I'm at 90% connection... Like I said, I've done every last thing you can do to fix internet problems on your own, I've restarted my system, wifi box, turned wifi off on all other devices, troubleshot local network adaptor, I've done it all. This is either PSN, or Verizon, and because I'm so confused, I figured the best I could do is share it on here since all I can't do is play online games. (I don't have but 2 games that aren't online required)

Hopefully if it is something with playstation y'all will let me know and resolve the problem. I will call verizon tomorrow if I still have problems. Any problems after talking to them and I'll come back to PS for help.
