Email deleted

Hi,

I bought ps4 and wanted to use the same user there as on my ps3. When I logged in, I was requested to "verify" on my email. But then I found out that my email was deleted. I tryed to get my previous is to restore my email for a month or so, but they won't. Now I need to "verify" email on my ps3 as well, and even account management. What to do? Is there a phone number I can call? How can I get in touch with technicals on psn?
