Sign-in ID changed unknowingly
I tried accessing the PSN store on my Vita today and it asked me to log in, which was weird since I just bought something several days ago, but I tried signing in to no avail due to wrong ID/PW. I go onto the computer and try to do a password change, at which point it tells me I have an invalid sign in ID. I check my email and I see an email from Tuesday Oct 4, 2016 about my sign in ID having been changed. I tried to confirm this by re-creating a new account with the old email address, which seemed to work. Is ther e a way to see the email address of the new sign in ID?
Edit: I'm currently posting from a different PSN account I own.

Problems with Live Chat Support here on the Forums.
I have trying for quite a while to try the Live Text chat here on the fourms and it does not seem to be working right... I see no que or text box after completeing all the information... It keeps making me redo the recaptcha lol And at the top it says "NOTICE:We are here to help. Friendly hint – please don’t refresh your screen. We wouldn’t want you to lose your place in line."
Am I doing something wrong or is the program just not working right or is it the wrong time of day?

I have been hacked. Someone created a "sub account" and made two purchases.
Some one created a "sub account" and purchased two items, with my wallet money. I would like to get a refund, and information on how to delate a sub account. A phone number would be good too.

Purchased Game Download Limit
I just want to clarify this because it's still not clear to me. Once I purchased the game from the store, can I download it for an infinite number of times provided I download it on the same console unit? How about downloading it from another unit?

Account hacked
I recieved 12 emails each stating $10 has been added to my account funds. Shortly after this I received an email saying my sign in email has been changed, and now I am unable to log back in to my account to deal with the problem or change my password.

Cannot add funds?
So every time I try to add any amount of moneys to my account I get a message stating that "the funds could not be added to your wallet". This is after I select 1 of my 3 pavement options. If I straight up hit confirm purchase it tells me my credit/debit card information is wrong. The 2 cards I use are ones I have been using for about half the year now. And the other is my paypal account. So why isn't this working? Both the cards have plenty of money in them

I need to change my email address linked to my psn because I deleted the email address.

I need to change one the email address connected to one of my psn accounts. I foolishly deleted it without realizing that it is conected to a psn. Now, when I attempt to sign in, it will not recognize the e-mail address and will not allow me to access the psn. I know the original psn e-mail and password. I just need assisstance in changing the e-mail to one that is active. I tried to reactivate the e-mail address that the psn was connected to, but too much time has passed and I can no longer recover it. Thank you.

What is going on with my connection?
Different things are failing at different times when I test it. Sometimes it won't connect to the Internet, sometimes the NAT fails, sometimes the upload test fais; sometimes it's a combination of several things.
I was booted from Destiny, and checked my settings. Everything else in my house connects fine. I've checked firmware on my router, but my PS4 is directly connected. What is happening and why?

Can Sign in or change password due to sign in error
Hello, Im having some sort of error at PSN sign in. I was sent an email requesting password change. I tried to change it as asked but only got an error saying email/password didn't match. So I created this current account to access the forums. I cant get Sony call support to answer, also I happen to work during their inactive times. But essentially I cannot access my account "ShadoWulf113" due to whatever has happened to my account. Also when I try password recovery, after hitting verify I get an error saying that it is unavailable at this time. Ive had sime bad luck with PS4s (this is my 3rd in 1 years time) and I really just want access to my main account. Please someone help me, its driving me crazy.

Purchased with inactive credit card
I purchased infinite warfare with an inactive credit card by mistake. Now I put the right card info in and it still says I already purchased the legacy edition. But that was with an inactive card. How do I purchase with my correct card
