PSN is gone after i subscribed for 12months & online for 2days? the PSN cross Icon no longer there

I have purchased a Playstation plus 12 month Membership Voucher Code and have open and sign in a new account last sunday.
It was successful connection and i was able to use the PSN for 2 days and 2 nights and was able to Play NBA 2K17.
But last night after i came back to work, thinking to play again online, i was suprise the PSN cross ICON is no longer there on my user account?
questions:
1) how to get back that PSN account icon at my user account?
2) is there a video or a procedure to do it? can anyone help me through this?
3) Why did this happen?
4) My internet connection is good running at 10mbps and i can use youtube or the rest except i can't play online because the PSN icon doesnt show?

Changing DOB
I recently had to do a password reset on my PSN account. in order to do so i had to verify my Date Of Birth before allowing me to change passwords. After some guessing i figured out i entered the year before i was born by mistake. How can i change the DOB on my profile to ensure i dont run into this isue again?

I have forgotten my password account, so I used reminder section in orders to log in to account. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I suppose that I typed in incorrect birth date when I created the PS4 account.

PLAY 20% Code: Deceptive Practices
So I've been hanging on to my 20% off code since it was sent September 6th. That email, and all the contest promotion, states clearly that the "Code expires at 11:59PM PT on October 4, 2016" [copied directly from the email]. And yet, at 6:45PM PT, I am getting this response when applying the code on PSN: "This discount code has expired." So either the email or the storefront is straight up wrong. I set up a reminder to use this in the time specified, and now Sony is refusing to honor it. I am very disappointed, and will not be participating in future promotions. This is outright deceptive.

Upload Speed is kbps
When I tred to get online to play some Iron Banner in Destiny I ended up having really poor connection when playing Mutiplayer I tried reseting my router and modem but that didn't work I contacted my Internet Provider but they told me they could find a way to fix it and told me to contact Sony has of Right now my Upload on my PS4 (by the way it wried to the router) currenly is 243.8 kbps so are the sever having troble or is there something wrong with my console

Really Slow Downloads
Ive done everything i possibley can and no matter what ive done my download speed is not reflective of what is showing on my Notifications. I should be getting about 5MBps but im getting wayyyyyy less than that. i tested my connection said 34.1Mbps but when im downloading its saying a 471Mbps will take more than 20 hours. what is going on? ive reset the router, cahnged DNS to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.8.4. Unplugged everything Modem (router) it is not my end that is the problem. what is going on with PSN?

Purchased game won't download. Updates won't download. Internet and PSN works fine.
Well this is absolutely rage-inducing.
I just purchased two games from PSN, neither of which will install. I tried to play an older game I had on my system prior, which requires an update, and yet again, it will not install. This effectively makes my PS4 totally useles... I'm especially mad because I already spent over 75$ on games I can't even play. I tried both wired and wireless connection. Same problems for both - one of the two following error codes:
NW-31456-9
or
HTTP Status Code: 504
CE-40869-7
Two of the games/updates will reach 2% before failure.
The game I recently bought (NBA 2k17) either sits at 0 or instantaneously declares failure.
It seems the servers work well enough to take my money, but not quite enough to provide the product!
If this problem can't be solved promptly, I would at least like a refund, as I could have easily been playing on my PC by now! Now to mention I pay monthy for PS+ for this? Quite frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

psn name change
I'm already well aware that this is not currently allowed - I just wanted to add another request on the pile for this to get added. It's such a basic act, if it's not - I guess it's one more item on the massive list of things sony seems to want to overcomplicate(mods anyone?).
I really don't care about the excuses claiming its too complicated (because it shouldn't be), or the one about griefing or whatever (total nonsense). There is just flat-out zero reason you shouldn't be able to make this happen in some capacity.
I really want to like some of the new product lines, but why should I invest into those, when some basic practices annoy the crap out of me and haven't been remedied for, quite literally, years- what aspect of the VR gear or PS4 pro will be the next thing to annoy users and never get addressed?

Problems adding funds in the wallet from CC
I have been trying to register my credit card on my ps4 for the last week. It was registered but it won't let me add funds to my wallet and it keeps telling me check ur card info. Suddenly, it added 50$ so the card is verified, but it won't accept an another 10$ and i have tried paypal nothing works. Sony support is **bleep** keeps giving me links to follow and nothing works.

Can't process payments at the store
I just bought a vita and the online store couldn't have been any more useless and frustrating.
I can't pay for games by credit card, due to 2 different types of errors I get likely depending if I'm sitting or standing, I can't use paypal due to some error, I just bought a 3000 Yen PSN card and tried to put in the code on my PSVita, with NO LUCK. It said the code may have been entered incorrectly, or is invalid. I JUST BOUGHT IT. Please help me figure this out because I'm just about done with this. SUPER frustrating.
Getting any help from Sony Playstation has been a joke thus far. No email, chat is down, not answering twitter. Like, is anybody there?

Hi i am asking here because i couldnt find anywhere else to ask my question the question is I have an ps3 where i have been playing alot gta i was pretty high rank and i have been getting rare and unlimited custom items and things now i bought an ps4 and wanted to get my charater with me or else it all have been for nothing... but i logged in with my account and my character is suddenly gone and i can only choose to make a new character on the ps4 can that be right ? i only have one chance and then it doesent even work

Console Deactivation
My Playstation 4 console has recently died on me, sadly. I did the online deactivation and it said it worked but it really didn't. When I went to do it again it said I needed to wait 6 months. Would it be possible for you to deactivate the playstation 4 console without me waiting 6 months? Thanks in advance.
