this code error (ws-37338-4) appeared one day on my ps4 and it says that iam banned or susbended and it happened suddenly with no reason and i contacted playstation more than once they didnt do any thing so please i would like a soultion for this proplem immediatly

Shareplaying Not Working With New PS4 System Software Update
Hi there!
Before the recent PS4 system software update, I was able to shareplay with my friend 95-100% of the time due to both of us having very good internet speeds. At one point, I downloaded the PS4 software beta to try out the new features before it was officially released to everyone else. However, I noticed shareplay stopped working between my friend and I. I was so frustrated that shareplay didn't work when I started the shareplay so I downgraded back to my original software version because I believed that the beta version had issues with the shareplaying service.
So a few weeks later, the new PS4 system software update happened. I tried out the shareplaying service and it still did not work when I start the shareplay. I know it's not my internet speed because when I test the connection, it fills the connection bar to the max. The error message for my friend is "friend is not able to connect to ps4". I can connect to his shareplay if he starts it up though.
So I want to ask the Playstation support, why is this happening to me? Is it affecting a certain group of people with older PS4 systems? My internet setup is via ethernet cable. I strongly believe the update verision is not fully compatible with my ps4.

Im currently deployed with the military and I've got locked out of my account because it's requesting to change my password, And I'm also locked out of the email for the same reason. I cant recover the email becasue it was linked with my phone number which is inactive since Im deployed. Is there any way to get around this password change?

Hello, My name is Redire7, or at least on my account , my girlfriend is letting me use hers to post this, as mine has been stolen and I'm currently locked out of it. I've tryed support 3 times to no avail (2 even ended the chat prematurely) and now the live chat has been down for multiple days, so i figure all I can do is post as much evidence I have that the account, Redire7, belongs to me. I've had a playstation 4 since around October 2015, so that I could play Destiny with my friend, but I have had a PSN account for a longer time, at least 5-8 years, my name on it has always been Redire7. Last week I received an email saying my sign in ID had been changed, and to contact support if it wasn't me.
I hadnt played my playstation since the early summer, because I spend more of my time on the PC, but I still didn't want my account stolen. It wasnt until a few days ago (9/26/2016) that I had time to contact support chat, and ask about what happened. The first person I talked to was very nice and understanding, but he asked for a few things:
(Before I say this list of things, I should say that my account was a sub account of my dad's up until February of this year (2016) when I finally changed it to a master account so I could buy gold time for my self and what not, I'm still not sure if when I was asked about these following things they meant from the time of creation of my subaccount or time of becoming a full account)
- 1) The Original Email I created my account on which was r****s****7@sbcglobal.net. That was the first E-mail I've ever had and its the one I created my account on, but about 6 or so years ago I was locked out of it (not hacked or stolen, it was just locked) my dad called the company (as I was still in my teens and my Email was a sub acount of his) but they told us that my Email was basically gone for no reason. TL;DR I no longer had access to my OG email because it was obliterated.
- 2)He asked for the card associated with my account, I have only ever had 1 card (I'm relatively young still) so I guessed that one and he said I was wrong, I don't believe I ever really used that card though, because the things I bought digitally were with a Visa gift card that has since been emptied out.
- 3) The original Serial Number for the system used to create my account. I actually think I may have found this but the live chat has not been working since I did. But my original PS3 was stolen and basically destroyed, and while my father did eventually find the serial number for them after chat, I didn't have it available at the time of being in contact with support.
Of course since I didn't have any of those things, the kind man on the chat said there wasn't much he could do to help, he was very patient with me making calls and asking questions, but in the end I ended the call as I was getting frustrated and didn't want to take it out on him.
A few hours later, I thought about all the emails I had from Playstation regarding my account, and thought "maybe these will be enough proof that the account is mine", so I contacted live chat again. Once more the new person on the line asked for the 3 things, and I said that i didnt have the originals, but I told him I have proof of ownership due to all the emails on my current email address (r******@*************), he frankly said no and ended the chat. This had me getting very upset, but my friend who has a cooler head than me said he would talk to them again for me.
One final time we started a chat, got asked the questions, and had no answers that worked, the thing about this chat that stands out to me is that he said my old email (r****s****7 @sbcglobal.net wasnt the original email address used with the account. Now I've only ever had 2 emails, so this doesnt make sense to me, I made the account on the old one(the locked one) and moved it to my current one, and the man on chat said neither of my emails were ever used on PSN, this is a lie as, once again, I have emails from them on my current account, eventually my dad texted me saying he found the boxes with the serial numbers for my original PS3 but before we could read them to the support, he ended the chat.
The problems I'm having with them is that the last person I talked to made it seem like Sony has no record of previously associated emails to an account, so once who ever hacked me changed the sign in ID, Sony had no record of me ever using it. Secondly, just my opinion, its very bad security to have there be no option of "this wasnt me" on the 'sign in ID changed' email that would reverse the change.
Finally, to any Sony employee who can help me I would like to restate I have found what i believe to be the correct SN for the system it was created on, and secondly all the email clips I'll be posting below I can forward the originals anywhere to prove it wasnt modified other than personal info being blacked out. And also the last few pictures are just showing how Redire7 is my username on everything, (that probably isnt actual proof that its my account, but it might at least show im not just trying to get a random account)

On my PlayStation with my friends and someone joins our party and said he has our ip and he kicked us all offline waisting our time we could not connect for 2 hours and I have contacted y'all one time about this already and it still keeps happening I can't have a good time when I keep getting kicked offline for hours. The hackers gamer tag is Juice_Goddx. He keeps threatening us and we can't do anything without him joining saying he will boot us offline. Can someone please help us this time it's not the first time and he keeps getting away with it with no consequences.
Can't access the checkout in playstation store
I have been trying for some days now to access the checkout in the playstation store on both my ps4 and pc. I keep getting "An error has occured" on the ps4 and on the pc it's telling me to check my purchase history but when i try that i get an "access denied" page.
Can anyone help me with this?
Custom avatars
To use a custom avatar apparently you link Facebook to your psn account and can then use your fb profile pic as your online avatar. Only option to change once linked is for profile pic.
I know lots of online players who have custom avatars but can't seem to get it myself. Any help appreciated.
