I kind of gave up on this because I was terribly frustrated about a year ago, and now that I'm coming back to it, I'm frustrated all over again. When I try to log into the ps network on my system, it tells me I can't log in using another users account. Well, duh, it's mine, because here I am, logged in right here. Not only that, I had bought a game that wouldn't sync to my system back in the day that I could log in. At this point, it won't even let me on my account. What gives? Why will it let me log in on the browser, but on my console it says it's someone else's? Any help would be appreciated!

How do I submit video evidence of exploiters in The Division?
I tried submitting to uplay but they only handle the PC cheaters. I was linked to a very unhelpful Sony grief report section.

Issue with Activating Playstation4
To Whom it May Concern,
I bought my Playstation 4 back in December 2015. I do not have any other Playstation 4s. I never had an issue with my account. However, recently I am having issues accessing my account. It says my Playstation 4 is no longer my primary PS4. I went into the PS4, and tried to activate it as my primary PS4. It gave me an error message saying I already had a Primary PS4 associated with my account. So I tried to deactivate it in the PS4. However it gives me an error message saying I have to manually go in and deactivate my "primary" PS4.
I tried deactivating my PS4 online through my PC and it gave me an error saying I already used this feature and thus, I cannot do it again. I also tried to activate my PS4 online as well and it will not give me the option to do so.
So can you see my predictament? Somehow, my PS4 got deactivated, and another PS4 is being used as my primary PS4. However, I only have one PS4 and noone else uses my Playstation account.
The serial number on my PS4 is *removed* and the IP address to it is *removed*. Please help fix my account. I am currently deployed in Iraq and I do not have the resources/time to take my PS4 in to get this resolved. Please let me know if there is any information you need from me.

Can't play Uncharted 4 multiplayer
I got Uncharted 4 when it was released and enjoyed the story mode. When I beat it, I tried playing the multiplayer. Every time I click on the multiplayer page it loads the connection just fine but on the bar that says "loading introduction" a message pops up saying "You've been disconnected from the PlayStation Network. You must be connected to access the online portions of this title." It doesn't make any sense because I am connected. I have even disconnected and reconnected many times and it still gives me this message. I've been trying to fix this problem for over a week and have done every possible thing to fix it and nothing is working. I have called PlayStation numerous times and they don't know why its not working. At this point I am getting incredibly frustrated and its ridiculous that I paid over $60 for this game and I still can't access half of the game. Please help me

LAN problems
Hi guys,
Got this problem recently noticed it this morning
Yesterday I could connect my ps4 and game online, I use a lan cable.
Suddenly this morning when starting it wouldn't work, switch to wifi and that works but wifi aint as fast and usually have lag something i don't have with my lan cable
I then try to search the lan internet conection via the easy way but it can't even find the ip adress. I do it manually from reading some forums in here going to wifi and writing all things down, ip adress, gateway, primary, secundary, etc. It finds the ip adress but cannot connect to internet. I tried diferent primary and secundary dns from other topics I saw and nothing, Just did a rebuild and that doesn't work either. I'm currently out of options and don't know what to do.
Anyone here that can help me out?

hey guys/girls, i just went to sign in and play a game od call of duty! then when i seen that it wouldnt let me sign in i seen a message saying "access to sony entertainment network from this system has been banned or temporarily suspended before i got off i joinned in a black ops 2 lobby and there was a modder hes name is *bleep* and it came up on my screen co-host i didnt know what it was so i backed out anyways is there anyway u can fix this or?

I bought my Ps4 today and cant do anything
I bought my PS4 (new) at 3.30 todat and go home ready to play some games that i bought along with it and I keep getting error message after error message and im sick of fixing one to get another one I've gotten These codes
NW-31456-9 and NW-31247-7 I looked up both and did what was on the forums and i fix one to get the nother all **bleep** day and i am honestly like two seconds from taking it back and giving up on playstation which i have been supporting since the PS1.

Purchased Valkyria Chronicles™ 2 and can't download on Vita
I purchased Valkyria Chronicles™ 2 using the PSN where it says for PSP and Vita, but when I try to download with the Vita it says that that system can't download it. Help on how to download it to my Vita would be appreciated.

Can we get rid of the triple pack of 1 month PS+ subscription cards?
Idk where would be better to talk about this so, here goes.
Twice now, two seperate times I have made the mistake of purchasing these triple packs with the intention of getting $30 for my PS wallet. Both times I didn't realize my mistake until I entered the first code. I realize this is my mistake and I'm not trying to hide that. I'd like to bring up a couple thoughts though.
1:Can't they change the packaging so the two items don't look almost identical. The PS+ ones have the "plus" symbol on them, however if you're like me, you might think they placed that there as a way to try and get you to buy PS+ with this money you're buying. Then you don't think about it anymore.
2: Why sell them in the first place? If I wanted 3 months of PS+ for $30, I'd buy a triple pack of $10, then buy three months on the store. why does Sony feel the need to sell these triple packs of PS+ subscriptions?

REFUND OR GAME EXCHANGE !!!
Hello,I just purchased NBA 2K16 for my younger cousin, it was his birthday today and he just got a ps4 so i set him up online and his mom offered to pay for 1 game and thats what it was. After he finished paying for the game he showed me on the playstation app on his phone 'this says its for ps3, can you still play it on ps4" at the time i added it in the shopping cart i clearly didnt realize. Now hes stuck with a brand new ps4 and a game he cant even play because its for the old consle. Is there any way we can get a refund or exchange for the games between new gen and old because the refund form link is not working. In order to contact Sony support, I have to fill the form but it say they were unable to verify my PSN Online ID. PLEASE HELP ME

Recent Activity not updating and What's New bugged
I haven't noticed it till now but my recent activity on my profile has not updated since 3/6/2016 when I played Broforce for the second time. Also I think my what's new might be bugged too because it says I played Enter the Gungeon yesterday for the first time when I've been playing it for months. I can't speak for the other activity on what's new but I've been playing enter the gungeon for awhile. Anyone else having this issue? I've rebuild the database and restored default settings but it didn't have an effect.

why won't PSN accept my credit card number?
so... I've tried 5 different ways, with help from google and PSN to get my credit card to work for my wallet. It keeps saying put in a valid CC number. I have... I've literally stared at my card, and repeated the numbers while typing. I know it works because i used it to pay a bill for something else. Any ideas?
