Ok when PS4 first came out and for the first few years up until the first HUGE PS4 update. Share Play worked fine. Then 1-2 years ago I noticed share play wouldnt connect/start share play until after you tried a million times because it woul claim your connection speed was too slow.
Now since the PS4 Pro came out Iand I hav one I figured the Share Play would be better by now or at least the PS4 Pros beter hardware would make it better. So I tried it and after 10 attempts Iit says I cant connect/start share play due to low connection speed one ONE out of those 10 was high eniough to connect/start share play, and even then instead of a red bar when it connected teh bar was "blue" which was good enough to connect/start share play but still not high. Now I say it CLAIMS your speed is too low because:
1) My PS4 is connected wired, not wireless so that shouldnt be an issue
2) when I run a connection test on the PS4 I get a 37mbps download and a 3 or 8 mbps (forgot which) upload.
That should definitely be high enough for Shareplay. It USED to work fine on day one before Sony decided to mess with whatever they messed with and made one of the best features on the PS4 unusable to most of its userbase (Im not the only one who has shareplay problem that didnt exist before).
