hello im having nothing but trouble with my ps4.....i was playing some guy on fiffa game ....one day ...when i went to log in as ya do .. i noticed his name come up as a logg into my system.....thought nothing off it .... now all my game''s are locked from playstation store theme's and app's locked ....only a few work ...can't activate my console or even deactivate .....i tried all the step's ...in safe mode ...5...6...and 7 i can't even restore the licenes as i get's error's aboout my connection .....nothing is wrong with the internet cause i play my own game's online no prob's ....can anyone please help ..... even reset my account or somthing thank's
