I had pre ordered a copy of
Tom clancys the division-gold edition,
I had 84 wallet balance on my console and on the 6th of March 79.99 was removed and my division began to automatically download and in stall which is great.
Last night at midnight it became playable I played for about 3 hours up to the point where I was set to get my gold edition pre order bonuses, I saw they were not there I checked my files and saw that in my pa library it was station I had no add ons, even though to prior to midnight it said I had 4...season pass ect,
I then thaught it mite be a big so I uninstalled it and to my shock all of a sudden it was gone and by this I mean, it was not in my library and in the game store it was telling I needed to purchase it for 87.99 and I had no download option as would normally be with all ready purchased products.....what do I do! And is it likely I will get a refund to my account as I've still been charged but have nothing to play!!! I even have emails stating ty for my purchase ect....this is so infuriating.
