I have been attempting to make purchase but every time I do i am told that the card information...

Is Invalid and am given an error code. Now i not only know that the card is valid but have even contacted the bank as to whether there were any issues and was told that not only were there no issues with my card or account they had even approved all of the attempts i had made while following a few of the suggestions in the error code. Now here's the kicker a few weeks before the same card was used to pre-oreder the division gold edition and suffered no issues and a few add-ons before that. I have contacted customer support just yesterday Thursday somewhere around 2pm was told that my account did not exist due to a spelling error on their part and after giving my real name was told that my account had a restriction placed on it due to too many purchase attempts being made for 24 hours and that the issue concerning my card may be fixed by updating my account address, which should have been on there as i had filled out all of my information when i made my account but for some reason or another that section of my account specifically the address was blank. I had filled out the missing information (same as the card) an waited my 24hours and tryed once again to make a purchase but the issue which was never addressed in the first place. (BTW the issue is also affecting attempts with other cards and my paypal concerning psn store purchase attempts and they have all worked beforehand to make numerous purchases on psn)
