Will Refunds be Automatic?

The latest Project Cars DLC, the US Race Car Pack, was originally priced at $5.49 when in fact it is $3.49. The price has changed on the store now but some of us actually paid the higher price. Will we see an automatic refund or is it up to us to contact Sony about a refund? Any info on this matter would be appreciated.
